I reserved on booking.com a room with two twin beds and a King/Queen. The original room we were given 503 had a King/Queen bed and a bed that was a little bit bigger than a twin, but not a double (full). Two people couldn’t sleep in it. In addition the air conditioner wasn’t working, there wasn’t enough toilet paper or towels. We went down to the desk and told the same gentleman that had checked us in. He was very nice and gave us two new rooms.

I asked the hotel manager to call me a taxi to go to a turkish restaurant nearby, but he told me to a different restaurant with better kitchen. I agreed as I didn't know any of the places and it turned out that the recommended restaurant is very far away. The dishes were wonderful and after I finished my meal and paid, I asked them to call me a taxi. I had to wait for more than 1 hour and a half for the taxi to come as they called the same person who took me from the hotel, then the manager of the restaurant turned out to be brother of the hotel manager and was telling me how the taxi is going to be there in 10 minutes and it the end it took 1h and 45m to get back to the hotel and because of that I missed the possibility to visit the butterfly house. So the hotel itself is not bad, but the restaurant is not functioning so you need to search for different options which are not so close and if you ask for a taxi they call the same guy which can leave you waiting for a very long time.

The hotels itself is not bad - the location is good, the room is spacious enough, comfy beds and good size bathroom.

Nothing that we really didn't like but the room and bathroom are fairly simply equipped. The hotel is close to the main road which is an advantage for travellers with a car but you can't open a window at night as the road is noisy all the time round the clock.

The breakfast featured quite a variety of foods including some stued veggies, a plenty of olives, cheeses, eggs, etc. Hot meals were there too.

The Demosan City Hotel in Konya is perfectly located to avoid the city center traffic Parking was easily available. The staff at check-in, check-out were kind and helpful. There were a couple of items that needed attending to during my stay. When the staff were made aware they promptly addressed the items. The morning breakfast was basic for what I have seen during my time in Türkiye. The hotel is older in style and decor. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Even though we booked a non smoking room, room had cigerette smoke smell, and Bathroom is automatically getting filled with smoke (not sure from where) Morning there was no hot water, hotel said 10 min, but didn't get even after 1hr.

My room was overlooking motorway. Too noisy was awoken way too early every morning. due to traffic. I was up on 6th floor. I think its because window didn't properly close.

Great location really with A101 nearby. Gotta go a little further for places to eat however. but short walk from kentplaza ave which really was great.

It is nice old style building, the room rate is cheap and good value for money. also the goods we bought from the hotel are cheaper that what we paid at other places.
