Everything is PERFECT - from checkin to check out. They treat you as family here. Shout out to Avni and Seyhan, my brothers thank you!! Also to another Seyhan and Susan, every staff are very hospitable, accommodating, helpful. Good breakfast, free coffee and tea all day. Met really good friends in my stay. Will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend!!

All staffs Full of hospitality. Allways talk to me and get me coffee or tea. When I got some problems on the activity or transportation, kindly the staff checked them instead of me, and solved all of them. I wll be here to see them again！

Cozy, comfortable rooms with clean drinking water. Excellent location close to the bus station and lots of restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, booking tours, etc.

This property es sleeve t, it was cemeteries right in the middle of town, within a 5-10 minute walk from everything. The staff were present 24/7 and stopped at nothing to make the experience at Diadem and in Capadoccia an unforgettable one.

I could not stay longer.

This is hands down the best hostel I’ve ever been to. The facilities and rooms were great but what really made this place special were the owners. They are extremely welcoming and hospitable. I would give them an 11/10 if I could! Shout out to Seyhan, Osman, Avni, Lütfiye, and Suzan for your hospitality!

Can’t think of a single thing

The best part of this hostel is the staff, and that is really saying something because the rest of the amenities are excellent as well. The dorms are cozy, beds comfy, warm; the toilets clean and the showers nice. The breakfast is great and the free tea/coffee (especially the apple tea, is tasty. Yet, what puts this hostel above and beyond is the staff. Lütfiye, her husband and the rest of the staff (I won’t type the names as for sure I’ll mess em up), are amazing hosts. They will help book balloon rides, map out the best hikes in the region, recommend restaurants, or just chat and play backgammon with the guests. They really make someone feel at home; definitely recommend this hostel. One of the best I’ve stayed at!

I gave my clothes to the hostel to wash at the laundry and some items I really really like had shrunk :( It was pretty upsetting as I liked my clothes

Everything! :) (apart from the laundry issue) the hosts and the employees were extremely lovely and kind in every way. The hostel is in a cave so it was a very authentic experience, it feels so cozy and homey. You’d be offered a tea or coffee each time you come to the living room :) and same if you had invited friends over. I had to work and they gave me a private room during the day as an “office” so I could have my meetings as I was staying in a dorm. They also have many great recommendations for places to eat and see around Göreme (Lutfiye, the owner is from here so she knows it all!) and good recos too about the trekkings. They will pin your trail on Maps.me for you. Honestly, this place felt like home and everything was perfect! The kindness and cleanliness really… waw

Loved my stay at Diadem - I managed to get a spot on a hot air balloon after a few days of cancellations meaning everything was booked up. Lutfiye was amazing - as were all the staff - very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast plate is more than enough and the dorms are cosy :)

One of the most friendliest staff and cozziest common area. As soon as you enter the facility the staff will make you feel like family and will help you arrange tours, walks and whatever you need. Deft recommend this place. We arrived to Goreme to celebrate my uncles bday and the owners got us some cake to sing Happy Bday! This details made our stay even better. Thanks guys!
