It's hard to believe all the reviews but I was delighted to be proven wrong. this was truly an amazing hostel, the best I've ever stayed at. The friendliest people, amazing service, super clean, privacy curtains and comfortable. It absolutely made my stay amazing and memorable.

Diadem is the best place to stay in Cappadocia. Perfect location, fair price, peaceful, fresh & tasty breakfast and the hospitality of the people is beyond what I’ve expected. I arrived late as my flight was delayed and Avni the owner greeted me with a warm welcome and mentioned my name, he helped me with almost everything 😂 even activating my Esim. Elayda & Seyhan (morning shift) are my buddies, assisted me to plan my day even if im indecisive, i will never forget the day that we sung a recorded happy birthday song for my friends. Seyhan (night shift) will prepare a tea for you even it’s 3AM & the strong & fast Susan that keeps the room & toilet clean hats off to all of you. I’ve stayed in new hotel in Istanbul with a cozy & big room but I had the worst service there. Avni you deserved to have a successful business, aswell to your team, you all deserve the best. You can top the service even the 5star hotels in Dubai. You made me feel like a family. Thank you! I miss you guys! See you again. ❤️

Absolutely nothing - stop your searching, just stay here!!!

A flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you team Diadem for such an incredible stay - this wasn't just a hostel, it was a home. Staff know you by name, you're offered tea and coffee all day, and they gave the absolute best recommendations. Such genuine kindhearted people. Beds have curtains so plenty of privacy and bathrooms were spotless. THANK YOU! I'll be back for sure!

What I didn't like are trivial stuff, for example I really wished if the rooms had some lockers where we can store our stuff, and beds were not so comfortable but ok.

I stayed here at Diadem Cappadocia for two nights, and my stay was really fantastic. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The location is very convenient close to the city center and all the other attractions. The breakfast and the apple tea that they served were really very tasty. The rooms were so large (with large free space) and not so pricey. But what I like the most are hostel staff, they are super friendly and very helpful. I really wish them good luck and all the best. I highly recommend it.

Everything is PERFECT - from checkin to check out. They treat you as family here. Shout out to Avni and Seyhan, my brothers thank you!! Also to another Seyhan and Susan, every staff are very hospitable, accommodating, helpful. Good breakfast, free coffee and tea all day. Met really good friends in my stay. Will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend!!

Cozy, comfortable rooms with clean drinking water. Excellent location close to the bus station and lots of restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, booking tours, etc.

This property es sleeve t, it was cemeteries right in the middle of town, within a 5-10 minute walk from everything. The staff were present 24/7 and stopped at nothing to make the experience at Diadem and in Capadoccia an unforgettable one.

This is hands down the best hostel I’ve ever been to. The facilities and rooms were great but what really made this place special were the owners. They are extremely welcoming and hospitable. I would give them an 11/10 if I could! Shout out to Seyhan, Osman, Avni, Lütfiye, and Suzan for your hospitality!

Can’t think of a single thing

The best part of this hostel is the staff, and that is really saying something because the rest of the amenities are excellent as well. The dorms are cozy, beds comfy, warm; the toilets clean and the showers nice. The breakfast is great and the free tea/coffee (especially the apple tea, is tasty. Yet, what puts this hostel above and beyond is the staff. Lütfiye, her husband and the rest of the staff (I won’t type the names as for sure I’ll mess em up), are amazing hosts. They will help book balloon rides, map out the best hikes in the region, recommend restaurants, or just chat and play backgammon with the guests. They really make someone feel at home; definitely recommend this hostel. One of the best I’ve stayed at!
