Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe first two rooms were cold 🥶 heading system was not on. But the last 2 nights 🌙 were warmer and much better.
I like the manager. They help to get us Wright room. We changed 3 rooms. I cleaned 3 rooms to get countable. But everyone was eager to help 🙄 us everywhere 🙄, especially the manager. Staff was friendly and kind.

The hotel perfect budget choice. It has a central location and for the Turkish standard I would recommend it as very good. The price was also good, compared to other hotels in the city. The staff was kind and friendly, although they hardly spoke English.

IranInternet was weak in some places of our room. All staff were kind and helpful except the youngest boy (he wasn't smiling and didn't answer my question and threw the glasses disrespectfully in the breakfast time when they finished and I asked him to charge the glasses).
Staff were helpful and kind, especially Mrs Sheler and Mr Safar. They were able to speak Farsi and always smiling and polite. Room was hot enough in the winter and it is rarely occurs in the Turkey. There were two Iranian style toilet in the lobby. Tea were ready 24/7 and free of charge. The breakfast was above the average.

IranThe cleanness was not good. The rain shower system didn't work properly in my room. The furnitures were old and also dirty having cigarette burn holes! Further, it was not equipped with air conditioner and opening the window may cause bad sleep due to the noisy neighbor streets.
Too kind and responsible reception stuff. The breakfast was not bad; however, the coffee was absent.

The triple room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had various options. There is a parking lot just to the right of the property. Ask at reception for local food nearby. We had a memorable meal at about 55TL per person, with free water. Staff are helpful and friendly.
