This is a truly beautiful and unique hotel. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the facilities outstanding. Staff were amazing and helpful. The museum attached to the hotel is interesting and a credit to its benefactor. The hotels location directly across from the castle and clock tower are hard to beat. The view from the terrace is spectacular

Simply beautiful hotel, very high end furnishing and finishes. Extremely comfortable, quiet, restful. Right across from the castle and short walk to Anatolian Civilizations Museum. Historic and charming property.

The rooms are not soundproofed, so any event in the central courtyard can be heard in the rooms at night. This includes staff clearing/setting up tables for events.

Lovely building and great room. Very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic spot in the old town with views across the whole of Ankara. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom in a wonderful space. Lovely sheets ! We got an upgrade which gave us a lovely bath.

I thought there will be swimming pool. And the caravanserai theme was good, but it was too old fashioned. Anyways nice hotel and keep up the good work, Divan Cukurhan!

I liked it because It was a great theme. The theme is Caravanserai. Exceptional location. It was near a tourist attraction! Nice comfy beds were the best. And that was there. The minute I lied down I slept. Good, luxurious hotel.

My mum and I stayed in Divan Cukurhan for my mum's 80th birthday. The place is amazing, the staff was very polite and very helpful. The room was great with great city views. The museum next door was great and was free for the hotel guests. There was a pianist in the evening played beautiful music and atmosphere was amazing. They even left a little birthday cake for my mum's birthday, totally exceptional place.

There was no full-length mirror or refrigerator in the room.

I liked the cozy and comfortable room, with a nice view of the city. The bed was soft and the pillows were fluffy. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, so close to Ankara Kalesi. I could easily walk to the museums, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, with a lot of charm and character.

I was surprised to learn from reception that irons are not provided in guest rooms and that ironing services through room service incur an additional charge. This policy, unlike those of other establishments, inconveniences guests and detracts from the overall experience. I must admit that this is the first instance in which I have encountered such a rule. While I understand the importance of adhering to hotel policies and regulations, I would advise the management to reconsider this particular policy. Providing ironing facilities in guest rooms is not only a common amenity expected by many travelers but also contributes to enhancing the overall guest experience.

The hotel maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout, ensuring a pristine environment for guests. The room provided was spacious and well-appointed, with the beds offering exceptional comfort. The option to select from a variety of pillows added a personalized touch to the accommodation. One could even chose an orthopaedic pillow. Convenient car parking . The breakfast was being served on the table rather than a buffet. Additionally, the proximity to Ankara Castle and the charming bazaar adjacent to the hotel provided ample opportunities for exploration and immersion in the local culture.
