Beds are very comfortable, it's quiet, it's clean, the staff are nice, and generous, breakfast is good. Not too far from the town centre (about 10 minutes walk) and there are restaurants nearby. The manager told me I would need my own Netflix account but there was one on the TV already that we used.

The owner and staff are amazing, rooms are modern and well equipped, nice swimming pool, great location, peaceful and tranquil. Located a short walk from the town centre, in the evenings it is nice and quiet, had the best sleep ever.

Although snacks are available, it is not a fully developed restaurant. Hopefully this will be grown in the future and is not really a criticism as we enjoy going out to different places.

We spent 9 nights in Dalyan at the DNA Hotel. We were treated so well by the manager Alp and all of his wonderful staff. A small friendly, clean, and well run hotel. Breakfast very good, nice pool, rooms small but super clean and serviced as often as you want. A short walk into the town to sample all that Dalyan has to offer. Alp will arrange whatever you need and even ran us into town on one occasion. If you're looking for a small hotel a little out of town I would recommend the DNA as it gives you exactly what the description of the hotel says.

The hosts of DNA hotel are the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Nothing is to much trouble for them. This is a family run hotel, so from the moment you arrive, they do everything they can to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none and the tradditional Turkish breakfast is yummy and filling. The location is also superb, it is just a short stroll from the centre of Dalyan where you can catch a boat, or sit out by the river, but that short walk means that the hotel is also peacful and quiet of an evening. We stayed in a deluxe room, so you can access the pool directly from your bedroom patio doors. The rooms are modern and have everything that you need, including a smart TV, with Netflix etc. should you want to watch some telly of an evening. There is also an outside bar at the hotel, which has a small food menu. We made good use of the bar when we returned from our days out - sipping cocktails by the pool. There is a TV in the bar, and they do show Premiere League football etc. if that is your thing, but as we stayed early in the season, the bar area was always quiet. Dalyan is a wondefrful place to visit and we cannot recommend DNA hotel enough. We definitely hope to return soon. Ps. There is also an excellent coffee shop just a few blocks down called O Filos and the hotel Dalyance has a restaurant if you prefer to stay local.

Everything! A beautiful relaxing hotel where everyone cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay with them. A traditional Turkish breakfast each day is served by the pool. Lunch and snacks also available through the day Great facilities, in a relaxing atmosphere at the quieter end of town, but within easy reach of all bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Everything perfect, very clean, new, modern rooms. Every day clean towels and our room perfectly cleaned on daily basis. Tasty breakfast with good quality products (in Antalya they served similar breakfast but in Dna Hotel tasted much much better, you can taste the big different in quality of the product like butter or cheese). Good quite area with a lot of parking spaces. Owner very helpful and kind, taking care of quests needs.

Very nice and clean hotel in just 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. Very quiet place. Perfect to stay for few days. Manager and staff very kind, tasty breakfasts, we felt like at home! Strongly recommend! Deluxe rooms with direct pool access are great!

Having so many “5 star reviews” really makes you question the authenticity of the reviews - needless to say the property did not live up to the billing but was simply another decent standard holiday hotel
