Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSuch a great vacation, best food, so many choices, drinks and amazing service at all levels. We especially thank to Mr. Burak who is the manager of all booking.com clients. He and his team made us feel like at home. One of the best vacation experience at a ski resort that have 6 ski courses, available instructors for a fee, ski rental and storage areas on site. All inclusive meant all meals , drinks, and domestic alcoholic bevs., ski passes. Restaurant, lobby, bar, sitting areas by fireplaces have all friendly servers, bartenders, cooks and managers. Clean rooms, restaurant and lounge areas.Great hospitality on all levels. We will definitely visit again 🤗

United StatesFloor -1 smells so bad all the time. And since changing room is there, we always start the day going through there before skiing. I think lobby requires rearrangement, one single place for all guests can can cause understandable noise and chairs when the hotel is full.
Tracks are nice and well taken care of. Restaurant is nice with wide selection

The hotel staff were excellent from the concierge Mr Ehrahim and another young guy (cant remember his name), Janna (check in counter), Mr Burat (Manager) and everyone; they gave their all and made our stay the most enjoyable during our stay in 🇹🇷. Our room also has been decorated nicely and we received a welcoming note from the GM of the hotel, Mr Hassan.
