No real complaints other than the food - it was bland and overpriced. The restaurant on the top floor has a cool view though.

Location was cool, rooms were clean and had good lighting and ventilation. Beds were super comfy. The hotel had good facilities incl. decent WiFi in the rooms, Sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, gym etc

We felt like it was quite a formal place to be, which isn't our vibe. Perfect for business trips or people wanting a specific, professional hotel experience. We felt a little out of place there

The sauna and swimming pool are amazing. We also had a very comfortable night's sleep here and the shower in the room was great

Trying to communicate with staff was difficult as most did not understand English very well. Staff overall were friendly and helpful with just the language barrier being an issue

The breakfast - very limited and repetitive, the housekeeping - cleaning the rooms to a really low standard, the windows are very thin and the hotel is on a main road so it can be very noisy. I also booked a king room but they gave me a twin suite as there wasn’t anything else available - not great!

Good location, not too much of a walk to tourist attractions such as old town and lots to do, food places etc in walking distance. Taxi service from the hotel is excellent, the drivers are nice and recommend places on the way to attractions.

It seems that some staff guys don't care about your privacy and sleep, yelling in a corridor as loud as they can - first case was when I had to ask, if everything was ok when luggage guy discussed smth with a new guest for 10 minutes, second case was when I was woken up at 9:00 by maids team, chatting with each other. Food choice at the breakfast can be wider.

We stayed in this hotel for couple of nights and overall it was okay"ish". The location is good, close to the big malls (5 mins) and city center (15 mins). They also have a pool on the top floor, however, in January we didn't have a chance to try it. I would also like to say big thank you to a RU-speaking guy, who helped me with parking and other advices, but unfortunately don't know his name..

The location was central, however not near the sea and not near any tourist attractions. You’d need to use the hotel as a base and drive to all other places, as the area which is walking distance is not nice at all.

The rooms were excellent and newly renovated, staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was generally very clean and well maintained. Massages and Turkish hamam were excellent.

- Breakfast is until 10:30, which is inconvenient. It could be until 12:00, as people arrive from different time zones and it is difficult to wake up at 9:00 and rush to breakfast. - It takes three attempts to get through to room service, and then they have to find someone who understands you. - The terrace is not a restaurant, but a dirty farm. The sofas are dirty, the menu is on soaked cardboard, and the floors have not been cleaned for a month. - Sound insulation in the rooms is average. We heard snoring from the adjacent room.

Rooms are rated at 4 points. There is no bathrobe in the room, but overall it is clean.

The location is walking distance to the city centre and the old town. It’s a short drive from the airport and lots of attractions. The hotel is exquisite we were treated like royalty by Okan the concierge, and every member of staff was warm and friendly. We can’t fault anything.

Rooms from Main Street sides so noisy they should found solution cause I didn’t sleep well from cars and the music near the hotel was so loud I couldn’t sleep well

Bathroom door was opening inside and made it grouded. Sliding door would have been better.

I stayed in the new part of the hotel. Loved the corridors and rooms without carpets! So clean and nice. Beds were great! Everything was clean. Location is exellent.
