Cats, still can't accept a supposed 5* hotel has cats wondering around. Rooms are on the small side I knew this when booking, but this is a self contained resort around 20mins or so from the centre of Bodrum

Better quality hotel than the Ramada in Kusadasi and Fortezza in Marmaris that we also stayed in. Friendly welcome with a cookie. Food plentiful and of a good standard. Nice pool and sea swimming areas.

The upstairs neighbours were quite loud, even at 3am in the morning. Also the sunset bar plays loud music between 9:30 till midnight, so if you want to sleep early make sure to keep your windows closed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also we loved the fact that the resort was not fully occupied yet and we had plenty of space to ourselves. A special mention to the kitchen staff and Mahmut that prepared and served a special baby meal every morning and evening, so kind and very well appreciated!

I was only disappointed with the accessibility of the sea. The pictures gave me the impression that there was a small beach with sunbeds, but it was in fact a tiny strip of sand and most of the time the tides would drag the sunbeds away. To enjoy the sea there are several small wooden piers with sunbeds. With a baby it would be dangerous to stay on the pier all day long, so we spent our days on the sunbeds around the kiddypool and only went to the sea for a dip & swim.

Our stay at Hilton Bodrum Isil Club was amazing! This was the first time we travelled with our baby and had some stress how everything would turn out. The room was clean & tidy which I prioritize in selecting a destination. There were enough options in terms of food throughout the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was for sure a great choice for a family vacation. Especially since the hotel hosted mostly other families with (small) children as well.

Breakfast needed more options. We had bread, butter, tea and maybe the odd boiled vegetables Aqua Park location for kids should be closer as it was 5 minute walk which may be inconvenient .

Range of options available for lunch and dinner for vegetarians. We were a bit wary before we came. Yes some of the dishes were not eggless which meant our options were narrowed. Overall really tasty quality food which is a big positive The beach is very relaxing and we spent a lot of time there even thought it is restricted. Clean water near the beach side. The pool is huge and very clean The kids slide and adult slide is fun even though it is small. There are even bouncy castles, swings and children play area. Rooms are open and spacious. Beds are comfortable Great experience

Can’t fault the property at all

Our rooms were near the pool, beach and restaurant which was perfect as my daughter had a baby. Rooms very clean and cleaned and stocked up with drinks and water. The food was good and the desserts were yummy. The staff from front desk to waiters to pool side to aqua aerobics (Jamal, Baron) lifeguards (Yusuf and Umit) spa , restaurant staff were all very helpful. ( pizza man)Very satisfied with Hilton. Special mention to TAMER ARIBAL for sorting out our rooms so that we got rooms near each other. Very helpful to organise our guests who wanted to visit us for a day. Thank you all for making this trip very memorable as we celebrated my son’s 30th and my 60th Birthdays.

Wasn’t very clean - by the pool there was no service, meaning there wasn’t anyone to ask to serve you water or any kind of drinks, and sometimes you ask and still didn’t get served Over all the experience was good and for a group of girls very safe, but it was 4 stars not 5 stars.

The hotel room is furnished with primitive furniture. There is no central air conditioner in the room. They don't clean the room well. There are many cats in the yard, in the restaurant and everywhere in general. And there is the smell of cat feces, Tasteless food

It s so comfortable, all dishes were amazing and so delicious. Almost 24 h nice food and cocktails. All alcohols and drinks are well branded. The most important thing was all stuff was so motivated and dedicate to customer satisfaction. They r giving their full effort to make the great time for customers.

I was very unhappy with the hotel as they kept pushing for the payment prior to my arrival which was the first time in 20 years of traveling and more importantly traveling to turkey. Please refer to my communications with the reservations office of this hotel via booking. Note that my suggestions were never answered and I kept getting standardized emails. Funny enough at the end they had issues with their payment system and I was allowed to pay upon arrival which was what I had suggested in the first place.

I liked that unlike all inclusive hotels it was relatively smaller and more accessible and easier to move around not having to worry that you are missing something at some other corner. Also because I was with my entire family finding each other was very fast and easy. What I enjoyed was the fact that the management of the hotel understood english which has become extremely rare in Turkey. Ms. Eda Biceroglu was very nice and polite in terms of my concerns stated in my dislikes of this hotel. The Restaurant Captain Mr. Mahmut Yuksel was also very kind and provided a great service.

Young people working at reception desk were always smiling, but not really helpful and understanding. The staff should improve their foreign languages speaking skills. At some point of our stay, hotel was overcrowded at the beach, restaurants etc.

I liked staff the most and the service entirely. The food was almost exceptional.

It has a wonderful sea. The employees are very polite and smiling. It is nice that they come to you and ask if everything is ok or how your holiday is going. yes there are cats but they don't bother anyone.

it was super clean and nice. the only one thing that the hotel could improve is storage. there were too little hooks to hang the towels, clothes etc. there was not enough space for three people to store the clothes. I suggest to add more space for storage, such as drawers and hooks.
