If they would really like to be a premium hotel, then the staff and the hotel needs slight improvement.

The location was good, closer to a number of good restaurants.

Hotel room was not clean stains on toilet and bathroom floor tiles. Rooms are old. Bed is not comfortable. There was an ant trail from the wardrobe. I got mosquito bites on my foot.

A big shout out to Nazli at reception for making our check in very comfortable offering my daughter and I a welcome drink and a delicious cookie on arrival. Mahmut the bellboy was very polite and respectfull. Big Chef's Restaurant had a great range of food options to choose from catering for everyone. Yasemin the waitress had great customer service was very friendly and always acknowledged us with a smile when she saw us. Overall most staff are very friendly both Hotel and Restaurant. Loved the Outdoor terrace area...Location was okay...Buffet breakfast turkish style loved it....

The location is spot on!! We've been using the hotel since 2006. Great Pool, very quiet, like an Oasis once you're off the busy road outside. We love having our very tasty breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the Marina

The room is so small, 2 luggages are hard to open at same time.

The staff are the best point here. The location is also good, just by the seaside and pier, you can walk to old city center and castle, lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is great, right at the marina and not even a 10 min walk to the bazar. Breakfast was solid, nothing to complain about. Rooms and the hotel design were very welcoming, and in general it feels pleasant to be around hotel premises. The staff was just fantastic, very kind, helpful and easy going. Mahmut and Eren were super helpful.

The balcony of the room was small. Other than that everything was fine.

The location is next to the marina and on the main street. Superb location. Nice rooms, swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed it. It is not far from the shopping area.

Great location, great breakfast, great size room.. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice cosmetics. The pool was AMAZING and it was super easy to walk into town from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

One problem on this stay. Pool area has a lot of planting and takes a lot of cleaning. That was not good on this stay. They also started cleaning the pool area too late in the morning. Empty bottles and glasses left by the loungers the evening before were still there at 10am the following morning. Such a shame that this area is the first thing you see in the morning. Have stayed here on many occasions and never seen this before. It was the same on all three mornings.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and convenient. Great staff always helpful. The pool area has always been lovely and surrounded by planting and flowers. Good food and service available from big chef on site. Rooms comfortable and spotless.

The hotel is old,no one is taking lagguage at entrance and there are stairs at entrance.The corridor is dirty and very long like maze.The floor doesnt seem to be clean

The room is spacious,bed and pillows are comfortable.we got upgrade as the price we booked was very high and then its dropped so they compensated us. They serve welcome drink. Location is good on main street infront of port and close to many restaurants and cafes. The staff are good and they speak good english

Rooms old and in need of renovation, very small for what you pay for, hardly any plug sockets and breakfast a complete nightmare to navigate - not to mention guests starting fights over sunbeds and towels!

We paid for dinner and we paid a good amount of money. While, the dinner was okay, the range of items that they had on the menu that we could choose from was very limited.

Location - next to the main road in bodrum. it got really loud at nights for some of the rooms that we booked. Pool - good quality pool, nothing wrong with it. Breakfast - really really good,
