The bungalow I have received needs maintenance, so many lamps doesn't work inside and outside the bungalow including the river side tourch.

I liked everything it's like living a dream, the staff were so friendly and cooperative too.

Very small bathroom (recommend to add more shelves to help), the same with the ground level need more shelves and electrical socket (just and addition). One more thing we didn't like and I hope to be considered by the management: I lost my mascara and I'm sure that someone (who cleaned the room) took it, as I found my makeup bag was not in the same order as I left it (I know how I keep my things tidy and in order) I informed the reception in a polite way (that I lost it, and it could be under bed or sofa and I cannot bend to look for it, hoping for correction), she asked the girl who told her that she didn't take it, Before checking out they told us that they didn't find. The message here; It is not abou mascara it is about safety and trust, we choose the place based on many factors, safety is number 1 priority, guest personal and valuable belonging shouldn't be touched and checked. Housekeepers should be professional and these things are basics that should be followed

The location was very relaxing, the bungalow was the right one for relaxation and enjoying the nature and listening very clear the river sound especially from 1st floor, the staff was friendly they were trying to help as much as they could, HOney (the mother cat with her kittens) were big add on in the place, breakfast was good with good variety and delicious taste, our big respect for the lady in reception (unfortunately didn't get her name) she was very welcoming and helped us in all ways, even when we left early morning she offered breakfast although it was not thee serving time

A small thing that needed attention was the shower which was slightly leaking into the room. the owner tho took a note of this as soon as we brought it up

What sets this place apart from other places in the area is the owner. Uğur is the nicest owner that did not only help us settle in, but was so helpful to do his best to accommodate any request we had. In addition to the amazing view of the river and mountains in the area, below are a few items that showcase how they really want people to feel like they are welcomed: 1) The stay is inclusive of a breakfast that you have the option to have at the small lobby they have or it can be brought to your cabin free of any extra charge 2) Every night they bring you tea to relax and chill, which is also included in the cabin rate. 3) Everything in the cabin, including all snacks and beverages in the small fridge you have, is included in the cabin price! All of this is accompanied by an amazing experience of living away from the city and the noise and enjoying the lovely place and nature around you. I was doubting myself before booking the place and it turned out to be the best decision I made for my entire trip.
