The location is the best. The staff are kind and helpful, although some doesn't speak english. Additionally you can have breakfast while watching cats every morning

Dreamers is located in a very charming area of Istanbul and in a very quiet ally way, full of cute neighboring cats. The room is very cozy and clean. Staff are lovely and flexible.

The hotel has dangerous stairs without railings.The wifi signal is weak. The room sockets are too old and one of them started sparking.There is no possibility for guests to have normal space for breakfast due to the cramped space.

Our room was comfortable but basic, although good value for the price. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The downstairs breakfast area was very cramped

The location was superb with the tram stop nearby making it a very cheap and quick 15 min journey to the historic part of Istanbul. The area was quiet and the staff were very friendly

It is in the middle of a huge set of steps so it is very awkward to get to with bags. We booked a triple room but it really should not have been sold as such. The room itself was too small to accommodate 3 people comfortably and the couch for the third person was tiny and uncomfortable. The shower is in the bathroom with nothing to seperate it so when used the rest if the bathroom remains wet for the rest of the day.

The staff was so helpful, they happily assisted in a late check in and it was in a great location.

Our room was not en suite. But we knew that in advance and there was a lovely toilet and shower right next door. Seemingly every other room is en suite and ours will be soon.

My bathroom was separate from the bedroom. The bathroom is mine, but separate. The kitchen is very small, but the woman in the kitchen is very kind.

Good location. Very friendly staff. The hotel is not new and not modern, but really very clean. For a few days and just to sleep it's a great place. But if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this place is not for you. In terms of price-quality ratio, this place exceeded my expectations.

I didnt like the fact that my room was on ground floor and I had to keep the curtains closed all the time as it was on stairway that people were passing through a lot, they could can see inside easily. I suggest changing the windows to the ones that are mirror type for outside, but normal from inside, Moreover, it was kind of noisy when people were passing by and the windows weren't soundproof. I suggest changing them sometime to soundproof windows. Lastly, my room went out of water due to some technical issues for like 11 hours from 1am to 12 noon.

The staff were very friendly and supportive at all times. The room was very clean and nice, and the bed was very comfy. Moreover, the toilet was very clean and had all the necessary items. I mainly liked the fact that the room had many items like fridge, coffee items and kettle, table and dest, TV, stand to hang clothes, a safe and an extra blanket. Moreover, the location was good and near restaurants, tram station, and Istiklal Street.

The ground floor room was impacted by noises in the street and foyer; the private bathroom was not ensuite and other guests were using it so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings there.

The hotel is located in the very city center step away from Galata port with its restaurants and Taxim square. The staff is extremelyfriendly and helpful. We arrived with 2 heavy suitcases, and the guys helped us to bring them up and down upon the check in and ckech out (you should keep in mind that you need to take a staircase to reach the hotel entrance from the main street). The hotel overall is very atmosperic and currently renovated, would definately stay here again

Nice hotel with super light room, big windows and prefect view. All necessary stuff was provided - shower, hair dryer, kettle, even breakfast. Very clean and cozy.

1 dat trip to Istanbul for sightseeing. Terrific location! Felt the unique atmosphere of the Old city. 5-7 minutes (climbing!))) to Taksim Square. Tram stop is 3 minutes walking. Good value for fair price.
