When I'm in Edirne I always stay in hotel Edirne Palace - love the location and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Never had a bad experience. It's so easy to come with a car, because of the nice parking.

Unfortunately there was a sewer-ey smell coming from the shower.

Breakfast was excellent and consisted of a wide variety of both sweet and savory dishes, olives, cheeses, jams, honey etc.

Lovely, cozy hotel with own parking lot, well situated, Our rooms were big, clean and confortable. Perfect breakfast , constantly replenished. All the staff were friendly and supportive, special thanks to everyone from the front desk for warm welcoming and assitance.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, clean, with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is responsive, they speak English. The hotel has its own parking lot. We would gladly stay again. I recommend!

We thought we booked a double room with balcony because in the room description, there was a picture of a balcony and in the room's facilities, it said it has a balcony/terrace. But when we checked in, they gave us a room with no balcony nor terrace, saying that the pictures and description are standard for all rooms and some might come with a balcony and some might not It was an inconvenience for us as we smoke and need the balcony. I booked this room especially because on Booking, it looked like it has a balcony (from the room's pictures and description) and they had no option to book specifically with or without balcony. So I spoke to reception and they said they are not able to provide us with a room with balcony the 1st night and they can only give us the room that we thought we paid for the next day. So they did, they gave us the exact room as advertised on Booking, but the next day. They should improve this and make it so that you can book specifically with or without balcony so that other guests don't go through the same disappointment because, to be honest, it kinda ruined our holiday and good mood, the first day. Both me and my boyfriend didn't want to go downstairs every 30 minutes or so, to be able to smoke. We wanted to be able to step outside, on our balcony, whenever needed and we also like to chill outside, just us, on the balcony and admire the view. Apart from this incident, everything else was great, the staff was very polite and accomodating and they offered to move our bags from one room to the other so that we don't have to wait around at the hotel in order to be able to change rooms, the next day.

They have private parking, the location is perfect (right in the city center), very clean and nicely decorated hotel, polite staff, good breakfast, spacious rooms, awesome shower cabin. They also have a small terrace, if you want to eat outside and not in the indoors restaurant.
