How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was super spacious and had its own cooking and laundry area. The hotel was really clean and my room was very clean. The area was walking distance to the beach, shopping and food. I traveled alone and felt really comfortable and safe here. The staff was also really kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike. Only issue was the daily call to prayer. There is a speaker very close by and it would wake us up at 5.30am every morning. Thankfully we would always go back to sleep and on a couple of occasions my husband didn’t even hear it. However, it is something to note.
Location was good. Close to shops and restaurants. Taxi rank just round the corner and bus stop also close by. About 20 mins from airport by car. Suite was exactly as described. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Typical Turkish cuisine. All fresh and omelettes made on request. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room cleaned daily.

Nothing to worry
Personal of the hotel was helpful and attentive to us. Room was huge and perfectly clean. Location is convenient and close to both Antalya airport and city centre.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent hotel stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The breathtaking view from my window was the perfect backdrop to start and end each day. WIFI in room needs to be much better, they did try to help providing me with a 4G box however it was not a reliable form of WIFI

Absolutely nothing
Wonderful accommodation. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Clean linen & towels everyday. Breakfast was bought to our suite every morning. Really cannot fault it at all. Will definitely be back again 😀

no breakfast included , but everything else was spot on , staff very good , place immaculate , would Recommend to A friend
STAFF EXCELENT , 2nd time to stay there in last few months & went with the duplex unit over the pool a little bit more expensive But WoW 90Sq mtrs is a lot of space , unfortunately there was no breakfast inculded in my package which i never checked the small print on booking.com , so we ended up most mornings in roberts cafe across the road over looking the Sea which was A great find and very well priced Regards Paul from Ireland

We asked for extra blankets for 2 kids and need to ask a few times. The sofa beds were not comfortable
We are a family of 6, we took a big apartment . The apartment was huge with 2 floors and 2 huge bathrooms . The kitchen is big with all you need . The pool was very nice and breakfast was tasty.. The hotel is in the main street short distance to restaurants and shopping

Stayed in room 104 great Duplex only problem is right next to Breakfast area so little noisy from 7am also the bed makes lot of noise whenever you move or turn over on it !!!

The is not much place for laundry to hang . Some one staying 7 knights is little bit a problem
Great location. Near by everything we needed Shopping, restaurants . Staff very friendly, always trying to help . Every day , even we didn't ask they clean the room perfectly.

it was a good place but the ground floor apartment had a basement bedroom with no coverage for phone and the wifi doesn't get there.
at first we had a ground floor apartment but when I asked to get moved to upper apartment the staff was happy to grant our request.

The reservations trough booking.com doesnt match with theirs. Booking.com puts a 14years old as a kid and at elanis suites adults are from 12 years and older. So i had to pay extra. Dont know who to blame though.
Clean apartment, airconditioning worked very good. Breakfast was fine. The hotel it self very beautifull. 2 bathrooms wich i love. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Location is next to a mosque and calls to prayers in the early morning (5am) are not ideal. Staff ability to speak English is limited, but they are very friendly and helpful.

the reception staff are unprofessional, they are not contacting each other, if you deal with someone the next shift will not known. they do not have clear massage to guests .
the suite is better than form pictures, very big and full of tools and devices, you will not need anything, plus it modern and new . the breakfast is poor but lovely , they provide essential item and can do more . the location also fine and the area around very beautiful.
