Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsThere isn't a strong WiFi connection in the rooms. If you'd like to connect to the internet, you'll likely have to stay outside your room (there are tables and chairs outside). It could have been my specific room, but watching a Netflix movie in bed is probably not something you'll do at this stay. In short: If you are looking to disconnect and be perfectly located in Antalya, pick this!
This accommodation is PERFECTLY located. If you are looking for the best location in Antalya, pick this. The beautiful 'old town' surrounds you with plenty of amazing restaurants, shops, art and anything you could wish for. The beach is nearby and the views... WAUW! There is no parking near (within 30 meters) the accommodation, but the staff has a valet service that picks up and drops off your rental car within 10 minutes. This gives you the best of both worlds! Easy access to your vehicle, while being located perfectly. (For those worried about noise from the lively main street in front of the accommodation, my partner and I heard nothing and slept very well throughout our stay.) 1. Breakfast (vegan and gluten free options available) Traveled with gluten free & vegan friends and was amazed by the great flexibility offered by staff. My gluten free friend was provided with gluten free bread (in addition to a substantial vegan breakfast), which made having breakfast all together in the accommodation a lovely experience 2. LGBTQ+ Traveled with 2 LGBTQ couples and received wonderful treatment throughout my stay.

United KingdomInternet was so slow, and some hours no internet at all. Hotel management tried to resolve matter, but local phone companies giving appointment later than we check out, so we use our own TR line and data, and spend most of the time in different cafes to have connection. Internet is main issue at most of the hotels in Turkey because of national internet problem. It is better to get line and data same hour it can be activated for your phone instead of expecting this services from hotels it can slow down your work or communication in case if you have some work to do. Noise during the night lasted until 5am, some of the guests having small party next to swimming pool, and their noise coming to the rooms.
Location is best at the just next to Kaleici Historical region. Best cafes are close by too. Most of the restaurants are very tasty and affordable and close to the premise. So they offer only breakfast is not issue. Breakfast is very rich with selection, due to covid they serve themselves. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. I will come back again, and hoping that they will have constant internet.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The location is perfect and very close to the old town. Everything was good and too many restaurants are close to the hotel. I am surely going to visit this hotel again. In addition to all that so I booked a standard room and the hotel invited me deluxe room. It was fabulous 😀

ItalyThe bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use a renovation (also: all around glass doors!).
Nice little hotel located right on Atatürk Cd., in the middle of Kaleiçi's center. Rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is a treat during the hot summer days, breakfast is fresh and abundant and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A free valet service is also provided, as no parking in the hotel proximity is available.

NetherlandsThe room we had was right at the reception which made it quite noisy when people arrived. The shower head was broken and the shower didn’t get hot. When we made a complaint at the reception it would be fixed in 5 minutes, then it would be fixed 10 minutes, then 30 minutes. It ended up taking a full day. Of course this can happen, but next time please don’t say it’s going to be fixed in a few minutes without it being possible.
Location is good, but quite noisy. The hotel is nice and clean.

FranceIf I could rate this zero I would. - Stained dirty mattress with brown stains - Hairs in the bed - Dirty pillows - Old, pre-used bar of soap left at the sink - Dirty shower facilities - Brown and red stains on towels including replacement towels - On a party street which photos and description of hotel do not recount - noise until 3am - very tacky, trashy area - Dishonest customer service who claimed to 'upgrade us' - untrue... if what we were given was an upgrade, God forbid someone stay in a standard room... we booked and paid for a room on the Booking.com site which looked nice and clean, large and spacious... we arrived and were told we had been upgraded to this room. Lie. It was also a double bed not two twins.... we were friends not a couple. We were shown a small twin room (not what we booked) because we said we needed twin rooms and we were fed a lie about how the small twin room is actually what we paid for but the hotel was doing us a favour by upgrading us to the large room with a double bed. Nope! The photos on booking.com are of the larger room. Although.... photoshop has been used or some tool because the rooms in reality are disgusting and do not match the photos. I have my own photos with evidence of the state of the facilities to prove this. The night was so horrific that we wrapped clothes around the pillows so as not to make contact with the dirty sheets and pillow cases. We left first thing in the morning it was so bad. We were told no refund allowed because it was a non refundable rate ... this was unreasonable in our opinion as the hotel gave us towels we can only assume had faeces stains on them due to the colour. The towels were ripped. The beds were a disgrace. We left the hotel and had to buy a new hotel. We told Booking.com straight away. Never had such bad customer service in my life. Was truly shocked by lack of response and support from Booking.com. In the past they have been helpful but this time, they were a total loss.
Nothing.
