The bathroom in room 414 was terrible and not safe at all. My poor mum tripped on the ledge on the floor and sadly ended up fracturing her left arm from the fall. This needs to be changed for future guests. The showerbath was very high and difficult to get in and out of- we struggled to have a shower due to the height of it.

The location was convenient, wifi was great and the breakfast provided every morning was amazing. The staff members were attentive and helped us change rooms after my mum's fall. The cleaning ladies were super sweet and nice to us, a big thank you to them!

The facility was a bit old, that's why the shower didn't function very well. The plastic where you are supposed to put your card (key) in keeps getting broken. And also every time a cleaning lady came in and out, our card wouldn't open the door. We had to go see the receptionist, she did something to the card. I didn't understand the process. Lastly, the shampoo and soup they put into the room were too small. I had to buy my own from the supermarket.

It is located in a very cool neighborhood which is also very close to the center. Lots of attractions, restaurants, cafes near by. Staff was truly friendly, they tried to help every way possible. (finding iron and table) Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs. It would be better if they also had vegan milk, but that's okay. Air co was working but the temperature could only be lowered to a certain level.

We love the room. Clean and the bed so comfy! Its and old hotel, but super clean! We came at nite, and just realised that there were alot of restaurant, stores around the hotel. Good place for staying with family! The reception speaks english very well.

The lighting in the room. This was a mishap i guess, but one day i had blood over my pillow, and after cleaning the room, the lady just flipped the face of the pillow. this was the first time happening.

The staff, the lady at the reception is amazing and very nice! The Heating system in the rooms and in the hotel in general. The quality of people at the hotel, staff, visitors and housekeeping. The services and their readiness to help! thank you

I specifically asked for a room with strong Internet... it wasn't strong. Also the bathroom was a bit dirty and stinky. Everything else was okay.

The equipment is very old especially in the bathroom. There was a damp smell and the towels were dirty. Once it would have been a very good and stylish hotel but now it needs serious renovation, also the cleanliness issue needs to be addressed.

Location is good, also breakfast was OK. I had a genius discount on booking.com and because of that the price was good, but without it, it would be expensive and inappropriate

The receptionist didn't speak English at all! The heating was brocken and was not repaired during my stay.
