Swimmingpool is great, building is stylish, room is quite comfy and has good light, many mirrors, shower is great, as much hot water as you want, hotel is not crowded, the beach is quiet, drinking water and all the necessities including shaving kit, dental kit and sewing kit in the room, pretty healthy breakfast with fruits and greens, sauna is very good.

There is a kitchen, but nothing to cook with... If you want to go anywhere interesting, you need a car or a taxi.

Location wasn’t the best. Definitely need taxis or a car to get to restaurants. And we personally didn’t like the room service food. Breakfast was nice tho.

The reason of this trip is to get my nerve system fixed by an expert therapist. Luckily I met Mss Tugba “Relationship Manager of the in-house SPA center”, then introduced me to Mr. Zafer who could fix my issue within 5 sessions as promised for a reasonable cost. Whereas other medical clinics require 2 weeks Thank you Tugba and Zafer Regarding the property, the rooms are really amazing, clean, new furniture and very comfortable stay. The property structure and design is so beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, thanks for the hotel manager

Two nights in a row the air conditioning of the room turned to heating by itself after midnight, when spoke to the reception they turned it back on but kept insisting it might have been turned off by our doing even though we were all asleep. The electric stove top is only decorative and can't be used.

The only thing I could really criticize are the TVs - they don't seem to have a Miracast (or similar) option to connect your device wirelessly, and they are embedded into a frame so you can't access the HDMI to plug your laptop in with a cable. That meant that I basically never used the TV and watched everything on my laptop. Note that the hotel does not have direct beach access (but they do have shuttles). Tip: If you're the hiking type, you can go straight through the compound in the south and be at the beach within 15-20 minutes of walking (not sure if that's allowed, but no one ever bothered me).

This is an excellent place to stay and I absolutely recommend it, especially for the price. 1. The staff: Super friendly, always very transparent about pricing, always there to help you out (24/7!) 2. The room: Very beautiful rooms, although you should note that the normal suites are on the ground floor due to the way the building is designed. I had the chance to upgrade for a very cheap price and got my own jacuzzi and balcony - amazing! Also very clean. 3. The amenities: the pool is gigantic and absolutely amazing. The gym (important to me) has everything you need (multiple cable machines, leg press and dumbbells). Lots of spa treatment stuff and a sauna. The hotel has a partnered beach club (Haylaz) where they shuttle you to (for free), and it's great there, amazing and friendly staff, affordable food and drinks. Beach chairs are for free, beach beds cost extra. 4. The food: Breakfast is a highlight, with many different local specialities, and even if you're a vegetarian you'll have plenty to choose from. The 24/7 room service food is good and not overpriced for a hotel.

The breakfast was not good at all and not too much variety. The area around the hotel was very neglected and full of garbage.

The room was modern and furnished with style ,everything was new and clean,exactly as on the photos.

Food and drinks overly expensive and they don't want you to buy and bring anything to the premises. Very nice swimming pool but can't swim in bloody cold water, they should heat it up

Apart from a few noisy guests, the only downside is location. It's about 20-30 minutes away from the centre of Antalya, albeit close to the beach. (However, for some travellers, this may be an upside). Upon arrival we didn't know about the hotel having a driver available 24/7. We tried to order a taxi via an app but then the receptionist helped us with their driver. I think this should be advertised better because actually the prices are the same as a taxi with a meter. However, when I booked the hotel, we were quoted in an automatic message 40 Euros for a taxi from the airport (about 15 minutes). I was quite shocked, but in reality, I paid only 11 euros when I ordered the taxi from the hotel to the airport going home. The same was the case for the hotel driver taking us into the city. I was put off by the quote of 40 euros, but in fact paid only 11 euros when the receptionist helped us. I think the hotel should check their automatic message because had we known, we'd have made use of the hotel's driver service more as it was convenient and the same price as a taxi.

Breakfast and the room were great! Good value for money during this time of the year. Hotel looks lovely and rooms are really well designed and comfortable. Pool looks awesome but would not advise swimming in March - it was cold. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was a huge plus. We ate dinner only one night at the restaurant - rather expensive but decent quality and good portions. Domestic staff cleaned the room each day and everything was clean and tidy. There are good amenities like TV, but we didn't use them. Generally, we and other guests I was staying with (different room) had a really enjoyable visit and would stay again.
