The room service and the restaurant after breakfast is awful. Just take a taxi into the city to enjoy lunch or dinner.

Loved the pool, spa, breakfast and the beach shuttle. The staff is amazing and always willing to help you with your bags or to get a taxi/ hotel transport service for you. Everything was also clean and kept nicely.

The staff is nice but then again they want to bring your suitcases to your room and expect a tip. We are from a non tipping culture, so it felt annoying. The massages and wellness are quite expensive compared to other hammams but ok this is in more hotels. The surrounding area is not so nice. Roads aren't finished, a lot is still under construction, but this is the case in a lot of areas in Antalya. You will need a car or taxi to go everywhere.

Nice pool, beautiful hotel, big rooms and close to Antalya airport. Lots of extra facilities. It is nice the pool is open till late, big tv screen next to the pool. You can eat dinner next to the pool and jacuzzi. Nice staff.

We travelled in July, and the temperature was 45 degrees. The room was very hot, even with the air con. It did not make a great difference. We struggled to sleep a couple of night. We informed the reception, but to no avail.

The Hotel was very nice, and clean. The staff were generally very could and answered all my questions before and during my staff. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and the breakfast and diner food was great. The room it self was very very nice.

The location to the city center and the other hotel properties is not close so we had to take a taxi to get to places. You can’t just walk out and look around. There was nothing. This is an additional cost to remember. It was also a pain when we wanted to go to the beach. Waiting for the hotel bus to take us there an back. There are no restaurants near by and I wasn’t sure if you could order a food delivery to the hotel.

The room we stayed in was big and comfortable The location to the airport is really close Breakfast spread is very good with a wide variety of Turkish and western foods. The hotel taxi prices are much better than the yellow cab taxi prices so I suggest using the hotel taxi. The beach is really nice especially having a private section for hotel guests.

Our stay in 2023 was completely the opposite; we noticed as soon as we arrived that every member of staff we had remembered had left (and there were a lot of them, from bell boys to reception, restaurant and spa area). Of course people don’t stay forever, but what let us down was the fact the newer staff do not speak much English. My husband was quite disappointed to not receive the same warm welcome but of course it isn’t the staffs fault. I feel this is a reflection of the quality and standards that the owners uphold. The hotel room was not as wonderful as we remembered. The cleaners did a good job of general tidiness and upkeep each day, however it was not the same. The shower in our room had a horrible breakage above our heads and leaked water which was yellow and brown in colour- not something you expect from a suite that costs up to £150 a night. Some towels were also really shabby and worn out, and they shouldn’t even cost much to replace. Again, I feel the owners have failed to maintain what was once a beautiful, inviting space which is so unfortunate.

My husband and I have stayed at Elysium twice now. We came a year ago and genuinely had the best time; the hotel staff really made our trip so memorable in 2022 and were one of the reasons we wanted to come back and relive those memories. The hotel was amazing as it was new, and we had such a great time getting to and from with the help of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, chatty and easy to talk to for advice and suggestions. The room itself was grand, clean and just so comfortable, on some days we didn’t even want to go out and explore because it was nice enough to stay in and pop in and out of the pool and garden.

Location isn't so good for long stay-overs. Staff is good for a certain types of task only (taxi call, check-in, check-out) but overall seems to be not so friendly and problem solving compared to many hotels in Turkey. They may make you upset with unexpected costs contrary to their policy. For example they definitely charge you extra for your small kids if they are over 6-year old. But as per their child policy they should charge for kids up to 7-year old. Anyway, their approach is different from my hotels I stayed so far. I am Genius Level 3 Booking.com user with lots of travels and hotels experience. But this is definitely was surprise for me. The staff and managers didn't go for any compromise. And the hotel has many rule and restrictions which may ruin your stay and overall hotel experience. Not suitable if you are family and choose active style of life. Maybe nice hotel for couples and elderly. Anyway, I can't say a lot since it was only 1-night stay for us

We had an amazing experience at this accommodation! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do and places to visit, and they were always available when we needed them. A special thanks goes to Muhammed, their driver, who was always quick to assist and made our stay even better. He was friendly, helpful, and truly focused on providing us with the best possible experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this place, and we can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic accommodation experience.

The location was a bit far from old and new town so you need a taxi to get everywhere. The food also at breakfast could be a lot better, was a quite flavourless.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, really spacious and the bed was SO comfortable, lovely having the pool and loungers just outside. The shower was also beautiful.

The food was very bland and I feel the pool should be open for longer. They usually closed it at 7pm for people to eat by the pool which was lovely but for families with young children would be nicer to have it a little longer.
