Staff as lovely as they are, speak very little English. The hairdryer didn't work and there was a leak in the bathroom.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. It was okay but when room service came to clean it, it was just a few bin changes and folded towels. Nothing was actually cleaned. One of the tv’s didn’t work and no one tried to help fix it. WiFi was also not great but did the job.

Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The Pool side was lovely, and the free shuttle that takes us to the beach was really convenient. Breakfast and Spa had a great range.

Breakfast options were the same every day. The lady who worked for the spa was very pushy and very much stalked you around the hotel if you showed any interest at all. We ended up having to hide from her a few times to save any issues. Rooms were not cleaned (as in floor not cleaned, bathroom not cleaned, sheets not changed etc) rather just briskly tidied and restocked where needed. The location was fine for us as we planned to stay at the hotel and had day trips booked. If you want to be able to walk to things this isn’t the hotel for you

The hotel looked very nice, had lovely staff and nice facilities. Rooms were a great size and it was good value for money. Staff were also very helpful with any issues that arose during our stay

House cleaning was an issue as balconies weren't cleaned and bathroom was still abit of a mess when we first arrived. Also menu for half board is very limited. Other than that all good

The reception staff keep turning off the air conditioning in the room so we had to call them all the time to turn it on. It was getting really annoying especially at night due to waking up in a hot room. Reception staff were not very friendly. Also breakfast buffet was not greats

Great value for money , modern, big swimming pool and nice atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and lovely design. Lovely friendly cats The guy at the bar called Mehmed was very friendly and nice to us , great customer service.

Swimmingpool is great, building is stylish, room is quite comfy and has good light, many mirrors, shower is great, as much hot water as you want, hotel is not crowded, the beach is quiet, drinking water and all the necessities including shaving kit, dental kit and sewing kit in the room, pretty healthy breakfast with fruits and greens, sauna is very good.

There is a kitchen, but nothing to cook with... If you want to go anywhere interesting, you need a car or a taxi.

The reason of this trip is to get my nerve system fixed by an expert therapist. Luckily I met Mss Tugba “Relationship Manager of the in-house SPA center”, then introduced me to Mr. Zafer who could fix my issue within 5 sessions as promised for a reasonable cost. Whereas other medical clinics require 2 weeks Thank you Tugba and Zafer Regarding the property, the rooms are really amazing, clean, new furniture and very comfortable stay. The property structure and design is so beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, thanks for the hotel manager

Two nights in a row the air conditioning of the room turned to heating by itself after midnight, when spoke to the reception they turned it back on but kept insisting it might have been turned off by our doing even though we were all asleep. The electric stove top is only decorative and can't be used.
