The coffee in the breakfast was bad esspresso and capuccino's are just instant coffee which i hated. It can get a little loud in the street.

The location was great for me as it was near everything but the streets are really busy. The bed was super comfy, and the water pressure was amazing. The rooms are new, therefore everything was perfect. Also the staff were very friendly. Free underground parking on premesis. The breakfast is an open buffet of turkish assortments, which was perfect.

The area around the hotel is a little run down, but close to the seafront and some good restaurants.

The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet had a good range, especially of fruit, there’s indoor parking and the staff will park your car for you. Not far from the seafront and some good restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, the breakfast buffet very good. The location of the hotel is a good walking distance from the historic district, the pear, nice restaurants and the tourist area.

This is not a complaint, because the staff, overall, were very good, but one or two of the male receptionist were a bit cold and unfriendly. Maybe this was because they were uncomfortable speaking in English. All I will say is that, particularly when you can't communiate, I friendly smile goes a long way.

We enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations about staying at the hotel again. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was very good, and there was good acess to the metro/subway, main line train station and old town area. There were also convenience stores and a large number of good, reasonably priced, restaurants nearby. It is a hotel I would reccommend to friends and fellow travelers.

Can’t think of anything

Hotel Emens is located in a central location and about 10 minutes walk to most attractions, bazaar, bus station, pier…. Breakfast was amazing with a very friendly staff. The hotel has been updated greatly. Room and bed are very comfortable. We left our car with them for 3 days and walked everywhere

Everything was great for a short stay in Izmir.. Convenient location for train and metro connections to airport. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning very effective. Excellent breakfast.

WiFi in my room was too slow for video calls. This was disappointing because I thought Emen's was meant to be a business hotel. I wish the WiFi was faster.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Good mattress. Very friendly and staff - I asked the people at the reception where I could find the best baklava in the city and they were all very keen to help!

Slow check in and a bit of attitude from staff. Location is ok but there is car park so it’s a trade-off.

Great upmarket hotel in Izmir. The hotels and rooms are new and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very attentive, especially with the valet parking. One could easily use it as a base to go around Izmir either by public transport or walking. Would recommend it for anyone having a brief stop in Izmir near the city centre.
