Amazing location, facilities, and hosts! Do not look past this beautiful place. It's immaculate, freshly renovated, and the hosts are the friendliest we have encountered in Turkey. The location is in the old town, and the hosts give brilliant local advice. We will be recommending to all our friends as a "must stay" in Kusadasi. Fluent in English, Turkish and Japanese, it's a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

It's not unlike staying with a friend - you're looked after so well! It's the extra care that you receive during your stay that makes this place a true gem. A word of caution to the infirm, though - to reach the hotel on foot one must climb a rather steep hill.

We had a fantastic experience at Casa Magnolia. The property is charming and tastefully done up. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location is 3-5 mins walking distance away from the centre of the town. The breakfast was lovely and the terrace where it was served had a wonderful view. The greatest thing about our stay was our host, Jay. Helpful right from the very beginning - helped us with (very detailed) directions, arranged tours for us, recommended food and restaurants and made us feel very welcome throughout. 100% recommended!

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the touristy area of Kusadasi and near the waterfront. We were able to walk around directly from the hotel rather than have to take a taxi. The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast. To a non-Turk, it was plain and simple but neat to have a taste of the culture. The view from the terrace where breakfast was served was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It's not so easy to get there by car when you rely on google-maps because it leads you through streets, which are very narrow and sometimes blocked by parking cars. So it is probably advisable to give them a call before you arrive, so that the host can help you navigate and find a parking place. Maybe it would be good idea for all the hotels and guest houses in the area to produce a custom map of the old town and send it to visitors before they arrive.

The host is very friendly and takes her time to have a chat and answers many questions about the city and the surroundings. I enjoyed the nice interior design of the place.

Wonderful host - friendly and responsive Delicious breakfast, on our day of departure, we had an early flight, host packed sandwiches for us. Rooms Neat and clean. Building in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and Short walk to the main town. Building terrace is a really nice place to chill

This is a lovely little guesthouse. It is centrally located and the owner speaks excellent English & is so polite & gentle. The rooms are fresh, modern & spotlessly clean. The beds & pillows are very comfortable. The shower has good hot water with good flow. We had to leave early to catch a ferry & the owner very kindly offered to make us a packed breakfast to take with us which she packed up beautifully

not much. some might find the street a little daunting but it was no problem for me - 63 year old asthmatic guy that I am.

One night it was a little cold but they provided an extra blanket the next morning. Not a problem at all.

The owner and his wife were wonderful. There was a nice breakfast on the terrace every morning. One day we had an early tour so the wife prepared sandwiches and fruit for us to take with us instead of breakfast. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Short walk from the city centre but far enough away that it's not noisy at all. Highly recommended.
