Cleanness needs more care.

The location is very good regarding the price. It's in the centre of the city. Near the bus station and tram station. Near markantalya mall. The staff is friendly.

All the rooms have a all in one bathroom, like the shower it's next to the toilet and you don't have any space to leave your things. They don't give you any towel or shampoo/body wash. The smell is really bad and also there was a person next to my room with a really bad smell with his door always open. I bet that my room wasn't that clean, but I tried to keep my eyes closed. At least, the smell in my room was good, because I kept the window opened all the time. If you want to pay less form other one it's okay, but you have to be open to these kind of experience.

I had one room with two beds, and from the price tht I paid I really wasn't expecting anything. The staff was okay.

I was first overcharged because they only offered me a room with AC and en suite which I hadn't booked. Then I had a room with a window permanently jammed open which made the AC useless. I had to change room from one with little or no WiFi to one with a better signal BUT all I could hear from this room were men hawking mucus from throat to sinks outside my door. It went on and on, day and night. I was awoken each morning at between 05.00 and 05.30 with men shouting and removing their mucus. I would suggest to anybody that they go elsewhere in Antalya.

I arrived and I informed about the reservation and the first reply I got was no English. I get people not being able to communicate in English but if you run a hotel and you can't then just hire someone who is able to. Then they have on booking they have parking but they meant the street in front of it who trust me it s exactly the opposite of safe. Then the owner comes and asks for my passport which I give and he proceeds to single press keys and search around his computer for ages. The level of incompetence was enough to reconsider there and then but I waited. Then I get to see the room. I cannot describe it. The smell of cigarettes and god knows what else was everywhere. I slept on my sleeping bag that night. Unlucky for me had to go to the toilet that was even worse than the room. The height was too low and the smell even worse. No toilet paper either.

The only good thing about this place is the price

Firstly they speak no other language than Turkish. Very arrogant staff. Rooms with room temperature of 50 *C are without air conditioning. I baked myself one night and requested to change the room for next two nights. They had another room available and empty but declined my request even though I was paying the difference. I really didn’t understand it. They forced me to bake myself two more nights. They want to control where you sleep. Who you meet and all your life is under control. Really arrogant and unfriendly people. The mattress in the room was like a hot plate when it was 44*C outside temperature. Fan was just moving but not blowing air. My worst experience after having travelled more than 50 countries in the world. This is not acceptable in hospitality industry at all. Control freaks really.

They did not have a room that I have booked and they offered me a room without the bathroom instead. The common bathroom looked awful so I had to cancel my stay and look for another hotel in the middle of the night! The guy at the reception was super unfriendly and not helpful at all, moreover he wanted to charge me more because of some weird currency rate at their property

Worst hotel I ever seen. Almost $20 per night is not much, but the room was similar to jail! Terrible smoke smell was awful! Dirty. No toilet, no bathroom in the room. Only one very dirty "bathroom " on the floor. Never stay there! Never!

Despite my reservation and communication with the property about a later check in time, there was no longer a room available for me when I arrived. Instead the receptionist insisted I pay more than double the price for a larger room

I booked a room a month in advance and the night before I go they confirmed everything was ok. When I arrived on the day, a guy said that they no longer had that room available, and that they would only have another one without shower and without air conditioning for double the price. The photos in the advertisement do not correspond to reality. The communication was horrible and the atmosphere was even worse. Please find another place if you don't want to stress yourself and have a horrible night!

the place is totally trash .. there was multiple dead cockroaches outside my room the room faced the main road and was noisy .. no AC only a stand fan real dump I didn't end up staying the night here just left my bags for a few hours and left do your self a favour please don't stay here

The conditions in the hostel both the room and the bathroom, No heater in the room I felt cold and couldn't sleep and is winter too.

Well, terrible cleanliness. There were 3 dead cockroaches under one of the beds. The net window was broken and therefore some cockroaches made their way in and out of the room with no problem. I killed a very active cockroach that was on the wall and ended up falling onto a bed. Then, I called the receptionist and tried to convey that it had not conditions. He just picked the dead cockroach with his hand from the bed sheet, threw it to the hallway and laid the bed cover on top of the bed sheet, indicating that, naturally, now I could sleep there. The toilets were a joke. There was no shower cabinet or anything. The shower was next to the toilet and there was just a whole on the floor, next to the toilet, where the water from the shower could drain through. Plus, we I did not get the room I paid for. I booked a room with three beds, although we were two, and got a two-bed room.

I did not like anything.
