Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGreat hotel, location perfect for exploring the old town, Marina and Central Antalya. The hotel is right in the centre of the old town with plenty of bars, restaurants and live music venues within a short walk. The Marina is about a 10 minute walk in one direction, and the busy Antalya city 10 minutes in the other. Breakfast very nice too.

Great experience, manager and staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent with high quality food all fresh. It was very relaxing and quiet despite the busy surroundings in the old city.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was LARGE. The room was well maintained and had all the amenities. What impressed us the most was that the hosts were very sweet. They ensured we did not miss our breakfast due to the tour we had booked and had packed sandwiches, fruits and juices packed for us. The hospitality at Eski Masal was on another level (better than DoubleTree Hilton where we stayed in Istanbul!).

GermanyIt is in front of the night club, and there is a restaurant with live music in the open yard nearby — so in the late evening\beginning of the night it gets somewhat noisy — this hotel is not a place for those who'd like to go to bed early. Another thing — it looks like the maintenance was rather scarce lately, and some small repairs were done poorly/not done. Nothing major but still, it is a big contrast with the general level of the comfort. This last problem is probably caused by the corona crisis and lack of free finances and I do hope that it will go away soon, because in all other aspects it is a wonderful place.
All old city attractions around the corner, friendliness and politeness of the personell exceeds expectations, good design of the rooms, decent Wi-Fi — those are the big pro's of the hotel.

The staff and hospitality is just amazing. One feels very connected and well served. The location is also amazing and it is close to all the things one would want to check out and see. The atmosphere is very friendly and comforting.

PolandI stayed at Eski Masal Hotel for 8 nights. I can definitely recommend all of you this amazing hotel. To be honest, that is one of the best hotel I have ever been. Not only in Turkey but also considering Europe. My holiday and time I had were above my expectations. There are many reasons, I really like Eski Masal Hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect, in the heart of the old town. They serve really delicious breakfast, the design, spacious rooms, cleaning service were also wonderful! But one of the most important issue is, that they do care about every single customer, always gave me an advice, help and support: places worth to visit, beaches, transport and many others! The atmosphere was really great because of them and they professional service and customer value. I definitely back to this place and I thank you very much for your hospitality and caring about all small details. What it is also crucial, that during the Covid time, they provide all hygienic and protection stuff and you can fell there really safety.
