The room and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Highlight to the concierge that did it all, car parking, bag carrying and breakfast serving.

The noise from the street . We had the room with the street view and there was noise from the cars and the window did not close well. I asked for a 2nd day and changed the room with view in back more quiet,. The bathroom is small. Non - seriousness on the part of the reception staff, we checked -in and paid the total cost of the accommodation from check -in and they sent to the booking site that we did not arrived for accommodation and canceled the reservation even while we were in hotel .

It was my umpteenth stay and it was as good as expected. Nothing out of the ordinary, but boring predictable. Main advantage is its location and the fact that you can actually control the temperature in the room. Given that buildings in Turkiye are generally too warm, that is a bonus.

English seems to be a big problem, which leads to misunderstandings and unnecessary frictions. It is either that or the staff has poker faces when you ask something. In addition, the beds could be a bit softer. Finally, and this is problematic, housekeeping found the need to take away repeatedly simple items such as a package of cookies that was not even opened. This is not an issue of money, but you start wondering what else is disappearing from your room when this happens. Combine this with the poker face and it becomes infuriating.

One of the few places in Ankara that managed to provide a non smoking room without the need to have to change 3 times. The breakfast is OK, though gets a bit boring after some time. Generally, it offers good value.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Spacious modern polished and professional option. Excellent value for money. Lovely professional staff. Super location close to Karanfil for drinks and food and ten minutes walk to Tunus for even more options. Terrific breakfast which is way beyond the quoted ‘continental’, go for scrambled eggs with potato borek and simit sesame bread yummy. Deluxe double has massive firm bed. Spotless rooms and great bathroom with rain shower. Lots of drinking water. I only stayed 1 night and arrived very early thinking I would leave my bag and return to check in. They gave me the room immediately without me asking AND invited me for a free breakfast. I will return regularly.

The staff does not speak english. The water in the bathroom is dirty and stinks. Very poor choice for breakfast.

Hotel is located near government district very close to the city center. All the main sights of the capital could be reached by taking a short or longer walk (Kocatepe Camii, Anıtkabir, Gençlik Parkı, Kızılay Meydanı even AnkaMall :-) ). Rooms were clean, service was helpful overall standard was high.

The safety box were locked when I came - it isn't supposed to be locked, so we can set the password to use The television was not working - this is really bad, it cant even be switched on using manual on/off button The door knob was unable to lock from inside, but it was OK from the outside, plus the door knob was a bit wobbly.

Breakfast was good - excellent - good range of selection and overall was good. Reception staff was OK.

Everything went great! Clean hotel, delicious breakfast, very polite staff (helped in any matter), close enough to transport and also there are many places to eat nearby. P.S. Also, if you urgently need a taxi, then at the reception you can order it quickly enough.
