Although when we booked our room it has mentioned in booking Double or twin bed, we got a twin bed. Actually they told us all room in hotel are twin bed ( 2 single bed) and there isn't any Double bed. We could connected our single beds but we weren’t comfortable. The beds slide on the floor and we had to put them back together every day and night. Except first 2 nights, the dinner wasn't very good. Breakfast was ok. The cocktail was pricey, 450 Turkish lire was a lot for a 3 star hotel.

The staff were nice and room was clean. The WiFi was also excellent and we didn’t have any problem for downloading and our online meetings. Although hotel wasn’t close to city centre, the bus stop was close and we was able to go there by bus directly. Even there was bus we could go to Lara beach. The Hotel was close to the beach., just 5 minutes by walk. The area was clean and we prefer this beach compare to Lara. Air condition was good. We book a taxi from Hotel to the Airport in a app and was 650 Turkish lire (in May)

Nice staff, even helpful for a birthday surprise. Good location, approx. 200 m to nearest bus stop with direct lines to city centre, approx. 400 m to the beach. Rooms (for 3 persons) very small. Bathrooms quite old fashioned and shower very small. Did not expect that. Nice breakfast but for kids quite exotic.

Hotel location was excellent 5 - 10 mins walk to the beautiful konyalti beach. Check in was easy. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We reached at 20.30 and we took dinner provided by the hotel at an additional cost but affordable. Staff even helped to organised a birthday cake for my husband really appreciate the service. Room was cleaned everyday and towel were changed. Beach and pool towel were provided. Easy to book a taxi you just need to press a button and a taxi appear in seconds which was amazing and hassle free.

One area of concern was the size and congestion of the toilet. It felt quite small and cramped, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. The limited space was a minor inconvenience, especially for guests who prefer a more spacious bathroom environment. Was disappointed to find that toothpaste and individual bars of soap were not provided in the room. Instead, there was liquid soap available for use. The provision of only one roll of toilet paper per day was another minor inconvenience. The old-fashioned key-operated door was a bit outdated. The hotel provided bottled water during check-in, it would have been more convenient to have refills available throughout the stay.

The hotel's breakfast was a gastronomic delight. The sumptuous spread offered a wide variety of delectable dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The hotel's location was simply breathtaking. Situated just a short stroll away from the beach, it offered easy access to the shimmering waters and soft, golden sands. The proximity to the beach allowed me to enjoy leisurely walks and soak up the sun whenever I pleased. I found myself captivated by the beauty of the surroundings, which added an extra touch of tranquility to my stay.

Basic room and facilities but as to be expected for the price

The staff were excellent! They were so friendly and willing to help. On the first day we arrived late at 10pm after dinner but they kept the kitchen open for us and served a 3 course meal. The breakfast had good options. Each evening they served us a lovely dinner! Chef was brilliant. Kept our luggage safe while we explored after check out. Location is good too, walking distance to the beach! Erol was very nice to us.

No heating in the room, so it was kinda cold inside in February. These low temperatures and the lack of ventilation both are the cause of mold in the room. The bathroom door in our room did not fit its frame, so it could not be closed. The sound insulation is literarily non-existent. Anyway, all these things are not a big disadvantage considering the price we have paid.

For the discounted price during winter it's a great choice. Breakfast and dinners were great, and personnel was very kind and helpful.

The room we stayed in was a Triple room, however it was quite small and outdated. There was not enough space to put 3 x luggages and 3 x people before it was becoming quite tight. I think it is suitable for 2 people max. The rooms are quite budget with the basic facilities but as expected. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, I’m not too sure what this was caused by, but we’d have to air it out every time we’d come back.

The staff were exceptional, always there to help with any queries and were super friendly and welcoming. The location was a few minutes from the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and cafes around the area too, so a lovely place to walk around and explore. All the main sites were at least a 20 minute taxi away. There was a sauna which was included in our package, and it was quite nice to have. I believe there is also a pool but due to the weather, it was closed. The restaurant was spacious and offered loads of parties / events during the we stayed which was lovely. The breakfast was varied (traditional Turkish dishes, cheese and salads) but I think more egg / fruit options would have been great. Overall, it was a decent 3/4 night stay.

Hammam didn't work unfortunately

Everything was great, stayed there for the second time. Loved the location, and the staff were extremely friendly and nice. We loved the food both breakfast and dinner. A special thanks to the lady who managed the dining room, she was very professional. Will be back again!

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent, close to all places. The staff are professional and strive to provide excellent service to the guests and strive for entertainment, especially the reception supervisor Muhaimed. The price is very good for the services. The breakfast is varied and very delicious.
