Kitchen amenities were sparse. More than one plate, some welcome water, some laundry soap and cooking oil.

Perfect location. Great host. Communication was excellent. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Heat worked well. Good shower. Quiet nights and mosque noise wasn’t invasive.

The lighting is very poor. The photos are not like what we experienced. There are only overhead lights and it’s generally a dark apartment (I was in apartment 2). It needs a lamp in the living room and bedroom especially during darker months. Kitchen had no paper towels or cloths. Easy enough to purchase at the market near the park down the hill. Also, toilet paper was brought daily but not enough for two people (again, an easy fix to purchase at the market). For the money, it can’t be beat. It’s just needs some TLC.

The property was functional and suited our needs. It has a fridge so one can keep food and not have to go out. It’s soundproof from road noise but noisy guests can be heard though the walls. Rooftop terrace offers stunning views. The manager helped me find emergency dental when I broke a crown enjoying one too many Turkish Delights and baklava. Lots of cats in the neighborhood 😀

1)The communication was very difficult! I don't speak Turkish and they don't speak English well. 2) they rarely change the towels 3)On the last day they did not give us enough time to put our things in our luggage and without notifying us beforehand 4)The location of the hotel is good but we have to cross a large climb (slope) daily to access the tram.

Nice two bedroom apartment in the centre of Istanbul. The owner has few apartments in the building, so you never know which one you will take but must say it's a good value for money.

Our room was not ready during our check in. We're were given another room for the night. Air Conditioning was not working. We were told to open windows. Our actual room, when we moved next day was good in terms of it was good space, it was clean. It had little things like shower gel, soaps which was not available in the previous room. Faith area very hilly. So wherever you go, expect to walk uphill.

Location was great near all delicious food and gift shops with much better price that bazar! apartment is not big and does not have elevator but has a very cozy and relax terrace .the staff are great the manager and (Medhat)Demo are extremely helpfull I loved everything about our stay.we had all we needed.

The location of the hotel is downhill of the major tourist attractions, so be prepared to climb up a steep street on your way there. It was alright for us but perhaps not for small children or the elderly. The rooms were quite small and cramped.

The staff was very polite and kind. They helped us with everything we need. The apartment was clean and there was tea and coffee provided. The location was close to all the major tourist attractions in Sultanahmet.

The apartment is in a residential area and was at times noisy. Although we did not rent a car, parking is extremely rare in the area with a lot of traffic.

The location is excellent. Within a 10-minute walk to Sultanahmet Centre where all the beautiful mosques, museums, and tourist attractions are located. Also within a 10-minute walk to Cemberlitas where the traditional Turkish Baths, Grand Bazaar, University, and tram station is. Many restaurants in very close proximity. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and spoke good English. The host, Vefa iLetmis offered to arrange any outing that we might have wanted to do. Vefa also arranged out airport transfers with an excellent company. The apartment was serviced daily.

Lol the stray cats coming inside. The fact that the property doesn't have lifts and we were on the third floor but it made for good exercise

The location was fantastic. The workers were super friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that there was a rooftop area where my partner and his dad could just go and relax and spend time with each other.

Fantastic location and a good size for a couple to stay for a few days. However the accommodation is surrounded by steep hills so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The location is very good, very close to all historic sites and objects. Transport access is easy, 5-7 minutes to tram, many cafes around. The place is very clean, safe, quiet, the service is excellent, I would even say - exceptional! We were offered transfer which is so convenient when you have many bags in the crowded city 😁 Thank you very much for hospitality, wish you prosperity and good guests!

The apartment is located very steep hill. If you have heavy luggage, it's very hard to bring from tram station.

It's best place to access historical sites in Sultanahemed. All stuffs are well managed and staffs are very kind.
