Noise from the tram line and restaurants until late at night. It is recommended to use earplugs and ask for a room on a higher floor.

Sometimes we smell smoking inside and it smelled on bed cover. Bathroom could be cleaner.

Staff is really kind, we had some requests and they did their best to solve it immediately. Location is excellent. The room is comfortable.

Transport from the airport offered by the hotel was very expensive; we booked it with an external and famous company by half of price hotel was asking for. But we investigated and their price was the same other hotels were asking for, so it seems to be common. The hotel has some steps for the lobby. It was not an issue for us but it can be for some persons or situations.

Nice hotel very close to the city old area; just five minutes walk and near a train station. The staff working at the hotel were very kind; they wait for us late at night and were very willing to help. Rooms were fully equiped, even with an extra blanket. They are very new, nice and clean, which is not common in Istanbul neither in other hotels of the area with this price. We were very happy with our stay and we will repeat without a doubt if we come back to Istanbul.

Not much but I was wished the the shower head can be moved not stick in the wall especially if anyone would to take a shower with washing their heads only this but overall everything was good

I know the area very well and I love and the best that everything is a walking distance which what I love the most walking a lot the weather was good as the people around the area they are friendly and helpful I had a good experience and enjoyed my vacation

Near a tram so expect to hear public transportation very early in the morning.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of hot water and great pressure with the shower. Super friendly staff and front desk open 24 hours. Hotel also arranges airport shuttle service. Yummy eateries in the area. Plus, convenient location for public transportation.

Nothing I could really highlight. Perhaps the beds were a little uncomfortable and the noise from the outside comes in a lot, but none of these were too bad.

The hozel is in a great location, has a highly attractive price that is the best in its neighbourhood. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean, perfectly equipped and comfortable.

Value for money - breakfast could be included in the price, as other hotels include breakfast in the same price in the same location or Taksim. Without breakfast the price is high. The fridge was inside the wardrobe and it was toooooo hot in the wardrobe :))) All the clothes where hot and there was a bit of smell inside because of heat and clothes. Better to choose the room where the fridge is not in the wardrobe :)) The hotel does not provide breakfast even if you choose to have it there. So you have to go outside each time you want to have a cup of coffee of Turkish tea. The hotel does not have spa or bar or anything extra provided. We had twin room with two single beds, however, there was only one small chair and one bedside table between the beds with only one socket by the bedside. The rest is OK.

If you choose to stay in Sultanahmet, the location of the hotel is great in this area. It is in Sirkeci square. Aia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkap and Basilica Cistern are in 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel provides cleaning of the rooms every day. The towels were changed every day as well that was also great. The bathroom was large and clean with strong shower and good water drainage system. They provided tea packages and sugar in the room every morning. The staff is friendly. All kinds of transport is in the vicinity. You have tram T1, Sirkeci metro station and Eminonu just in 10-15 minutes walking distance. In Eminonu you can get to boats to every direction, and the Prince Islands as well. You can get very easily from Sabiha Gokcen airport by metro to Sirkeci metro station and it takes 1,5 hours. There is Ti amo restaurant just in front of the hotel which is really great with tasty food and nice people serving you.

Noise from the street - you can hear the tram "bell" ringing to warn pedestrians to move out of the way. Might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Location is excellent, very close to transport links (Tram station only few minutes walk away). Hotel is clean and reception staff are very helpful. There is no breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

The staff is accommodating. The facilities are not bad and the area is accessible. It may look small in the lobby but rooms are organized

Location perfect. Within easy walking distance of main attractions like Haghia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, and Basilica Cistern. Plenty of restaurants in and around the area. T1 tramline nearby.
