Can't think any that we didn't like.

The hotel was in the exact at the right place where it should be. All attractions are just within few minutes walk. Team of the hotel? Wow.. So nice and friendly and I haven't heard them saying "NO" to any request. Kadir, Aykut, Jalaluddin and Mehmet, all of them are just so careful about customer service. They know what it means make a customer happy. I am glad to choose this hotel and we (my wife and I) are going to stay at this hotel every time we visit Türkiye.. Thanks Four-G Hotel for making our memory beautiful..

There was a little street noise late at night ( traffic), and being woken by the call to prayer in the early hours wasn't great, but I'm not blaming the hotel for this! ;) Breakfast didn't start until 8.30am. Perhaps this is normal in Turkey,, I don't know, but we would have liked to have got up and out earlier.

The staff were brilliant and did everything to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible - we could not fault them, or their lovely hotel ( e.g. they arranged taxi transfers for us, welcomed us warmly with Turkish tea, provided water, helpful information, reserved tickets for us - you name it, they offered it. And always with a friendly smile.) The breakfasts included an amazing array of all sorts of delights, and again were served by lovely staff. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day, but staff prepared a packed lunch for us to take to the airport. I loved the shower, the beds were comfy, the air con useful. The hotel was just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sohia etc All in all, a great stay.

The WiFi struggled at times and we visited on a cold and cloudy weekend so the solar powered hot water let us down a little on one day.

This hotel sums up the best of Turkish. Super friendly staff (shout out especially to Jelal and Mehmet on that front). Well run and beautifully clean and tidy. The breakfast was far better than expected and well above normal continental standards elsewhere. The location could not be better for the old town attractions.

Everything was amazing. Firstly, we reserved smaller room, but we got a bigger one without any extra charge. Staff was amazing. We had a very warm welcome by receptionist. While drinking a tea, he was explaining us the main city attractions and he offered any kind of help. Breakfast was amazing too and we got surprised by fresh food waiting for us on our last day. On my next trip to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, near from Aya Sofia and the tram..surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, the rooms are very clean, new and comfortable mattress, we didn't feel the cold weather..it was warm, there were plenty of options to eat from for breakfast, the lady who prepares the food makes the best chocolate cake you can ever taste..she greets you everyday with a welcoming smile, all the staff are so nice and so welcoming..even if you come in summer they have AC in the rooms so this hotel is one of the best choices..

The hospitality of the people at this hotel was excellent. Initially we had booked a family room on the ground floor but they upgraded us to a Sea view room on the third floor free of charge. They were very considerate and gave us a free bottle of water at reception when we left each morning. (Even though they also left a new bottle of water in our room every day). They also gave us information on good restaurants in the hotel vicinity and made reservations on our behalf. The hotel was in a very convenient location, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which was great for sightseeing. We will come back here again!

What a lovely and homely place to be. They welcomed us with love and throughout our stay they endured that we were comfortable and felt at home. The personalized thank you note that we found in our room before we checkout was heart warming. My daughter's said they will keep it as one of travelling memoirs. Many thanks to the staff. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay. They gave us some nice recommendations, which we used and it was totally worth it. The hotel is very lovely in general. We felt like at home there, and coming back each time felt nice. The rooms and bathroom were nice and clean. Breakfast had some variety each day and good value for the price, we enjoyed it. We were mainly interested in the historic attractions, so the location was great because we could reach everything we wanted by foot. This hotel contributed to our wonderful stay in Istambul.

Very clean hotel in the immediate proximity of main sights in Istanbul. We were offered a bigger room than the one reserved, on the lobby floor at the back, calm and pleasant, and an extra breakfast on the day we arrived. We felt being taken good care of, with all suggestions needed to benefit from our stay. Public transport, including ferries, is fine in Istanbul and you could use it (Istambulcard) for all trips you intend to do, which will save you money and allow you to be free in what to do and when. Be aware that prices in the Grand and Egiptian bazaars could be double for the same goods you buy outside the bazaars. Eating fish in one of the restaurants on Galata bridge is a good idea, but make sure you negotiate the prices in advance. They could offer you a price much below the one on the menu, there is usually 10% service in the final price included.

We loved our stay at the four-g hotel, it’s perfectly located in the old city. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay and lovely as it could be. The hotel upgraded us for free which was a really lovely touch, they also helped organise an airport transfer and we’re always on hand for useful recommendations. We loved exploring the city and would highly recommended a food tour for anyone interested!

The hotel is centrally located and is close to most of the iconic sites. The staff are very helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the ladies at the breakfast counter who were very helpful and kind and also packed us breakfast for our early morning flight to Jelal, Mehmet, and Kadir were all brilliant and were always around when we had any questions. A special thanks to Serkan who was always up for a chat and offered us teas and biscuits during our late night chats.

There is nothing lacking. We had a great time.

The hotel is located very close to the main attractions of Sultanahmed neighborhood. Maybe only 150 steps to the Blue Mosque. There are plenty of nice small restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and fresh. We had everything that we needed with some local touch. The staff was amazing. They went way over the regular service, always trying to help and make our stay better. We even got a fruit plate and a nice card on our last day.
