Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryClean, modern rooms and a great bathroom. I really liked the mood lighting. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. If I still wanted to go further, the tram, metro and train were very close, but their noise is not heard in the hotel. And the staff...! Amazing people! Special thanks to Rashed!

United KingdomGreat hotel with a fantastic hospitality and customer service.The hotel is close to local attractions and a lovely neighbourhood. The name also stays up as the hotel is really quiet, the breakfast is very tasty. I would like to recognise Rashid, Baset and Azim for their service and friendliness. Rashid helped us a lot with general advice and services - we got a room upgrade on arrival, did a Bosphorus tour for a lot cheaper, did our laundry for a lot cheaper, arranged Taxi for us, etc. We went during Ramadan, so we could not do our breakfast. However, Baset was eager to provide us with suhur in very early morning by himself by providing us with a quick breakfast which was very considerate and helpful. Azim was helpful with our general requests if we needed cleaning or something essential. This hotel is very cozy and comfortable and has a very home vibe - it doesnt feel like a corporate owned business model. I would easily pick this hotel again if I were to visit Istanbul and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking into visiting Instanbul.

The staff were amazing, Rashed was super nice. When we asked for anything, he went above and beyond to help us. Location was the best, in the heart of city. I was in Istanbul many times, and always had my hotel in istiklal caddesi. This was my first time having the hotel in this neighborhood, and I am very very happy about it. Lots of cafes, shops, restaurants, historical monument, grand bazaar, literally everything in less than 5 minutes walking distance. Access to different part of city was very easy. Tramway, marmaray, bus, subway, ferry was close the hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfy and warm. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Istabul. The hotel is in a great area surounded by restaurants, grocery stores and cake shops, also close to Topkapi, Haghia Sofia, Blue Mosque and other attractions. Breakfast was good, coffe and tea are free, we had a great vacation.

MauritiusThe staff at Sirkeci Quietness truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of comfortable. Every member of their team was kind and helpful. Special mention for Bilal and Abdurrahman. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request were truly commendable. The hotel is 3 minutes’ walk to the Sirkeci tram and Marmaray stations and around 10 minutes’ walk to the Eminonu bus station and pier for Bosphorous cruise or ferry to Kadikoy/Uskudar. This central location made it incredibly convenient to discover the attractions of the city. Free tea, coffee and water are available in the breakfast hall throughout the day. WIFI connection is excellent. Additionally there's a scale at the reception which you can use to weigh your luggage before leaving for the airport.
