Balcony is not very private

There were many pools so there was plenty of space between guests. There are all you can eat buffets for breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony.

The location of the hotel on the map is incorrect. In fact the hotel is located much further from city streets and cafes, which caused some inconvenience. The hotel staff was not friendly. There were problems with card payments due to a non-working terminal, for some reason the amount to be paid was billed in euros, without warning or any explanation.

The room itself was very comfortable with an excellent view from the balcony and all the amenities. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

İf you do not like kids, it can be a little bit too noisy. It is a 5 star hotel but do not expect a highend

The meals were good value, but not much variety of flavour. Drinks were a little expensive, but the food was not. (We were on B&B not all inclusive)

The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony, but our view was obscured by other buildings. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The extras we paid for were all good value. Our tour guide was great, he does good deals and all the arrangements went smoothly

The spa and gym were still not renovated or even cleaned: same stains on the gym floor as in December the last time I was there etc. steam room now in use, but still funny noises, funky smell and not really hot or much steam. So the spa needs a real update and renovation. Ofc the winter time the total pool are was under renovation which I totally understand.

To connect wifi you need to enter your passport information, it makes me feel unsafe to do that just to have an internet. In other hotels there is no need for that

The staff could be more professional. We have had an issue with a bill for drinks which we havent ordered. Cleaning of the bathroom poor, we had to ask for it. Also, there was a bad smell from the bathroom all the time. The spa was awful, I wouldnt recommand to go there, it is dirty, cold water in the swimming pool, cold sauna.

The hot food was not very good but there were decent options on the cold bar. It’s pretty far from everything so I felt stuck eating dinner there.

This is a very convenient location for Lycian Way hikers. The room was comfortable and there was a nice view from the balcony. Although I would not call it five stars, it was an excellent value for the price I paid in late February.

>limited parking spaces infront of the hotel, but free spots along an access road were available >because of febraury, our main reason to pick this hotel was spa&wellness with information that these facilities will be available during our stay. unfortunatelly interior pool was just beeing filled with cold water; jacuzzi was cold; sauna set to low temperature and steam sauna was "broken" :-( kids were disappointed, the sauna made me sad..

we got a room with balcony and "sunset over bay" view, what was absolutely astonishing. you can see the cabin lift to Babadag mountain from the hotel and get to the cabin lift parking by car within 5 mins blue lagoon is about 10mins by car breakfast excellent, same with the dinner

Staff was not very attentive, so I had to ask for things several times. I've asked to provide with extra blankets several days before I arrived, but the request was not met. Then I asked the staff over the room phone to bring me one, they brought some old, dirtly blanket without sheets. I had to go to the reception to ask 3d time for what I needed.
