There was bar facilities but they didn’t have alcohol to serve to guests which was abit disappointing as sometimes you would like to have a drink and relax at the beautiful rooftop.

The interior design of the property is absolutely beautiful, we felt like we were staying in a villa. The neatness and cleanliness was on point.

There is nothing to dislike.

The ambience was peaceful. The interior of the property and public spaces is beautiful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. A young woman drove us to the bus stop the morning we left which we weren’t expecting. It was so kind of her. The walk into town was about 10 minutes and was not steep.

Quite far from the center

Kind staffs from cleaners, reception(specially the once on duty on 19 night and April 20 morning) to kitchen(Bahar, Aliye and Demet, they are so approacheable). Also, you can watch hot air balloon from their big rooftop.

the room are small and the hammam is very basic

The hotel is nice, they have Turkish breakfast and nice terrace but far from the air balloon place. The staff is very nice and helpful despite the bad experience with air balloon and horse ride.

The front desk staff was not very helpful nor attentive. They told us that we needed to pay cash for tours and we easily managed to arrange tours with credit card payments by searching the Internet and walking around town. On the other hand, all the staff at breakfast was excellent and with great attitude and enthusiasm. The lights in our room were faulty and were never fixed. The hotel is not accessible, someone in a wheelchair cannot stay there at all.

I liked the jacuzzi in my room, ample spaces and nice rooftop terrace. The room was clean everything was offered as promised, expect for working lights.

Minor things only. The only things the property could control is perhaps some additional communications to other guests about respecting quiet hours - we were woken up numerous times by various loud-talking guests and repeated door slamming after 10pm and around 5am (it was pretty out of hand). Not the hotel’s fault that others were being inconsiderate but perhaps a gentle reminder would help. In addition an additional blanket would we welcomed :)

We had a great stay and all the staff were so kind and helpful from front desk through to the kitchen. Bora looked after us at check out with refreshments and attentive service while we waited for our shuttle - thanks! The rooftop provides an amazing view of the hot air balloons and is in such a position that many pass right over your head! We really loved the terrace and the comfy chairs there to enjoy a delicious breakfast or some remote working. The room was spacious and the balcony area was great to have. Shower pressure was incredible. Room maintenance was done daily and supplies replenished - much appreciated!

We recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we exchanged messages to the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel itself was exquisite, with great amenities and immaculate rooms. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request. Whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation, they were knowledgeable and eager to help. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, thanks to the wonderful hotel and its amazing staff. We can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again in the future.

Our room is on the basement/underground.

Property is closed to the mountain side. You can see good view of the hot air balloon at the rooftop lounge. I love our jacuzzi, they provided us bath foam. Their breakfast had great options.

I would have preferred a few English channels on TV or English subtitles.

The breakfast was really nice, good variety of food and beverages. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. The staff really make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is nice and spacious and heated. The hotel is located a short walking distance away from shops and restaurants. We booked our tours through the hotel. Anna is so helpful and responds almost immediately to any questions you have. Our tour guide for our red and green tours was 'Bekker' -calling name. Wow, what an amazing man, I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide. Bekker was so friendly and so knowledgeable, he was the highlight of our trip. He was so patient with us. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The views from the hotel are stunning.

On the first night, we were disturbed by the continuous barking of dogs in the nearby house.

Overall the hotel is very tastefully made with good decor. Lobby and room ceiling were particularly beautiful! Rooms were spacious and had all the required amenities In terms of location, their terrace provided excellent view of the ballons and they even laid out low sitting on the terrace for you to see and get great pictures clicked. However, the hotel is a 10 mins walk from main city centre. But, it itself is located on a fairly board and flat road which allowed easy access to pick-up and drop vehicles. Staff was excellent. Especially the people in the breakfast area were really courteous and jovial. Other staff was also helpful and prompt in any help that you may need. Breakfast spread was very good.
