Very long check-in, staff does not speak English, breakfast in another hotel, small TV. We had to change the room, because the air conditioner did not work in the first room and someone left a piece of chocolate in the refrigerator (they forgot to remove it and did not wash it). The second room was given to us without a sea view, although we booked with it. We had to wait about an hour in the lobby with no air conditioning at 40°C for the new room to be cleaned.

The same guy gave me change back half in euros and half in TL. But I noticed later that a euro was ripped. Sorry that has to be out, cause I am not sure if I will be able somehow to use this money later or not.

Breakfast was in another hotel, which was nearby, but the breakfast was fine on its own. A guy at the reception changed our room to a better one when I asked. Rooms were spacious enough, as it was written in description. It is really close to sea, just 3 min walk.

Some minor issues with light bulbs . But the staff were really helpful and changed them immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lady at Gold Kaya reception was very helpful and friendly as was the guy in the gold Butik reception also

The property was simple and the hotel not too big. Two pools as sister hotel to Gold Kaya Aircon was included in price and so was safe key, which is excellent as some hotels charge extra for these

Only some of the staff speak English and when we were checking in, they took us to their sister hotel, which we didn't understand and it was unprofessional. Also the Breakfast isn't good. Toilet too small

The wi-fi didn't work in the room, only in the hotel loby. There is parking in front of the hotel, but is always too crowded, so you need to search for parking in near streets.

The location is perfect. Hotel (as all of them in Marmaris at the beach front) has it's own little beach. You can reach beach by foot, it takes you only two minutes, because it's in front of the hotel. The view is amazing. The hotel is within 20 minutes by foot to the city centre. But it's far enough that the nights are quet and not as loud as if the hotel was in the centre, which is great. The staff are all very friendly, nice and willing to help. The room was clean, air condition was working perfectly.

It is a fun pub below the hotel that had very, very loud music being played until the early hours of the morning. It is surrounded by all-inclusive hotels that also had very loud music until midnight every night. It is in downtown Marmaris close to the beach. It's not a hotel for a family as it's not very child friendly.. It was a last-minute booking, so more research next time will be done. Great hotel for party goers. Turkish breakfast only, so if you want a good old fry up, you need to head to the pubs on the beach. Cash only as no card machine available. The pool area has just finished being refurbished, ready for the height of the season.

Its a Family run hotel,and they were very friendly and would try their best to understand all issues. Just taken over by them, so they are in the middle of updating the hotel. They have a sister hotel on the same road, Gold Kaya.

Swimming pool was dirty and had hairs and dirt lay on top of the water . We sunbathed at the pool one day and went to get lunch and when we came back some other guests were using our towels. We complained to the guy on reception and he got the towels back , we asked for the hotel to wash them for us but they refused, The room wasn’t cleaned properly under the beds and the beading was missing in parts.

Close to the beach We were given a room with a balcony that could fit two chairs but wasn’t even enough room to get on them as it was so small . . We asked to be moved and The lady moved us to a better room the following day

The biggest mistake of my life was to book this hotel. We arrived at 3 in the morning to find out that we didn’t get the rooms we booked. It’s a family of four where we are all adults me and my older brother and my mum dad . They took us to a hotel next door which we believe it’s they’re sisters hotel and told us we only have 2 rooms. When we originally booked 3 and we were said to move into the original hotel next day. It was bloody hot in Marmaris so an ax was needed . We went into the room , floor was dusty people smoking on the corridor only one ax which hardly worked. It was really late so we didn’t bother arguing. We then went into the other room we put the key in opened the door to find a couple lying on the bed in the bedroom which was meant to be my parents. We went back down fustarated they made so many excuses and told us we can get a refund and find another hotel. Then very well knowing there was not gonna be a single jotel that would take us in 3am. Next morning we moved to the hotel we probably booked which was this gold butik Absolutely disgusting . So dusty floor bed was dirty toilet smelt everything smelt funng. Breakfast was horrific no toilet tissues. Spoke to other guest as well and they did not like it . It’s a scam for ur money guys don’t go for it . The only good thing was the location apart from that staff are dumb rude i

I stayed here for 4 nights. No housekeeping was done during this time. For a 3 star hotel at 50 euro per night minimum housekeeping is expected. Staff do not speak English

Was such a pleasure staying at Gold Butik Otel and I would recommend no other hotel to anyone visiting Marmaris! Great place. One of the best hotel I have been. Great locations. What was at first only a three night stay turned into about a week - the nicest people are here and it really feels like a home away from home when you come back at the end of each busy day. Best value for your money in the whole city! Thank you to everyone at Gold Butik Otel and I look forward to seeing you again SOON!
