We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The condition of the hotels rooms are excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the views of the mountains and the city is breathtaking, the rooms are kept very clean and the customer service is also great. The have a great variety of food for breakfast, very tasty and freshly prepared.

We were very surprised by the level of the hotel. It's really 5 stars. The value for money is above average for this place. The hotel was the best place on our trip for 9 days to Cappadocia by car. The swimming pool with panoramic view on city is simply wonderful.

It is the only 5 star hotel in Aksaray, to my knowledge. Facilities like pool, Turkish bath and gym bring added value to the hotel. Breakfast is satisfactory with enough varieties. Offering a private and free parking is a plus
