Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomIt was difficult for us to 'mingle' as there was nobody else from the UK in the hotel the week we stayed, we had to make due with each other for company ha ha! Tip - No British TV so suggest bringing a laptop or firestick. WiFi was limited to one access code per guest so if you have multiple devices, mobiles, laptop etc you may need to pay more ($15) 7 days per device which isn't the worst- WiFI worked perfect even at the beach!
Breath taking view of the mountains from our room every morning waking up. Food was varied throughout, and decent quality. Loved how conformable the bed and duvet was Staff friendly and happy to help out when needed. We are considering booking up again for next year!

PakistanThey only provide limited internet ime 500 MB per room and only 1 x occupent can use that internet. In all inclusive they only offer table tennis and Gym free. Rest all facilities were being charged like billiard, Spa, Suana and Massage. When asked for billiard staff said it's 10 euro per game.
Location of the hotel is fantastic. We have all inclusive deal and everything was fantastic including menue. Pool was clean and drinks were good.

United KingdomDetails are ambiguous about whether rooms have a sea view - which ought to be improved. Ours didn't but we were only staying one night so no issue. Mini bar was meant to be stocked but for some reason wasn't. Wifi code not given freely so we just used our own - worth checking as they charge otherwise. Although these resorts are all inclusive, only Turkish alcohol is served in most places - including this one - and although the wine and beer is decent, much of the other alcohol isn't.
Decent room and good food. Very good value for money.

BelgiumThe fitness room is good, but there are no floor mats. These do not cost much but would add a lot of possibilities for training. Also, there is only one barbell and no so many weights.
Beautiful and tastefully decorated medium-size hotel. I loved the staff, all extremely friendly and eager to help. Also, there is a private beach conveniently located very close to the hotel. The all-inclusive also allows drinks, which is not always the case, and the hotel had some good quality wine on offer. The hotel has a good wellness area with friendly staff and allows use of the sauna for free, which is great. Finally, I arrived at the beginning of the season and enjoyed a really excellent price. Overall I was super satisfied.

United StatesThe food offered a variety of options but was not tasty. The beach was not directly attached to the hotel, which was fine for us.
We paid for a massage that wasn't worth it, but overall, the stay at the all-inclusive hotel was comfortable. There was an agent who helped us book a tour to Pamukkale.

United KingdomMy only slight negative was my room was on the main hall near reception , so general outside nolse from people walking past. Reception did say I could change if I wanted but it was also close to pool and dining area so I stayed in it.

United KingdomThe hotel mostly caters to Russian guests and the staff's command of English wasn't the greatest, so while they were polite, there wasn't much friendliness or warmth. The WiFi, while good quality, was limited to one device. There also appears to be a charge applied for using over a certain amount of data, but I got three days unlimited - still, not the best if you want to watch something on a laptop or iPad. The beach is nice but very small - this of course isn't the hotel's fault, however the sunbeds are packed tight (you'll have to befriend your sunbed neighbours) and the big awning provides ample shade, but not as ample places in the sun, which means the first row of sunbeds was fought over a bit. I can imagine it being really hard to manage in summer! Soundproofing in the rooms was a bit hit and miss. Could hear everything from the corridor - quite normal. The balconies were very well insulated, but I could hear the vibrations from the TV next door (old TV - sound quality meant that even at low volume it could be heard through the wall). Wouldn't have been an issue if my neighbours didn't decide to watch TV well into the small hours of the morning, but oh well.
Absolutely amazing value for money. It's not your typical all inclusive, but I took it as more of a classic hotel stay, with the perks of free meals. The room was comfortable and clean, cleaned every day. WiFi was good throughout the hotel and the beach, which was a big plus. Sun loungers on the beach were comfy. Food was actually really good quality, and I was pleased to find several varieties of recipes, not just "kid food". That being said, it's still an all inclusive buffet so it can get a bit repetitive and bland - however for the price, it's really great value. The spa was a nice experience, though quite expensive for what it was - they seemed to rush through the treatment a bit and it lasted way less than the 90 minutes they promised. The location of the hotel is fantastic, 2 minutes to the beach and five minutes to the centre of town, with shops, restaurants etc. The immediate surroundings were also quiet at night, which is a big plus. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, at great value. This was probably enhanced by it being low season - the hotel wasn't full, meaning I always found free sunbeds and never queued for food. I can imagine that in high season, things could get quite crowded. Bonus point: there were clearly several solo travelers, which is quite unusual for an all-inclusive, and which made me like it even more.

SwedenIt was way far from Antalya! Some stuff like snack , billiards, etc. were not included in “all inclusiveness” and wasn’t mentioned before! The pool and spa as well as fitness room were opened at 08:00 and closed at 18:00 which wasn’t suitable since normally early birds prefer to train before breakfast and night owls prefer late nights. Plus breakfast was served at 07:30 (before fitness was opened) on the other hand, if you wish to leave the hotel for sightseeing, after coming back to hotel in the afternoon there is nothing to do since these are closed (ofc bar was open till 23:00)
We got the chance to be in the best room with perfect view and the food was fantastic
