Coffee for breakfast is instant coffee which breaks a coffee lovers heart. The bathroom definitely needs fixing but also with this price cant really expect things to be perfect either.

The staff is fantastic, super friendly and they are what makes the place. Location is super easy. The outside area is super cozy and I loved all the cats chilling at the hotel. Overall I would say its definitely good value for your money.

Bathroom door bolt was jammed. Shower head was broken. We weren't provided with any water bottles.

The lack of even a small freezer in the room and the lack of any window or device to clean the air in the bathroom.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and caring. Breakfast was also good. The location is also close to many attractions and shopping centers of Antalya.

Minor issues like plumbing work, no cups or waste paper basket, made the experience less enjoyable. These are small things and the management can resolve them if there is intent.

Room was a bit basic and dated. Compared to other breakfasts I had in Turkey, I really felt their breakfast was very basic to poor. Stairs only with heavy luggage was challenging and the WiFi connection was very poor.

I don't thin I would want to stay more than 1-2 days in this hotel. We got a ground floor room and it gave little privacy and was quite loud both in the night as well as morning. Rooms are pretty old but very clean.

Incredible location in the heart of Antalya city centre, easy access to the seaside, various shops, restaurants and museums. Easily accessible by tram and bus. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a seamless check in process.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Erken Hotel. The hosts are very friendly. The hotel is centrally located in the old town with easy access to everything including restaurants and shops.

The triple room (with 3 separate beds) on the ground floor was very small, dark and uncomfortable. It had nothing to do with the photos on the site. There was no kettle in the room. Also, there was a constant problem with water temperature in the shower.

We booked 2 rooms (a triple room and a double room). The double room on the upper floor was very nice and comfortable. Good breakfast, stable Wifi. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for the manager (Selma), who made our check-in a nightmare.

I think the hotel just needs to help reduce internal noise at night. I kept getting woken up by doors slamming and other loud bangs. It happened every night I was there.

This is a quaint boutique hotel in likely the best location possible in the center of old Kaleiçi near Hadrian's gate. The building is aged with creaky wooden floors which I personally loved, and this is also typical for Kaleiçi. I liked the breakfast included which made the stay a great value. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help guide me around the old narrow streets which can be confusing. Despite the central location, there was no noise at all from the streets.

It is situated in down town (center of city), so usually taxis don't want to drop in front of hotel, sometimes you have to walk 500 meter. But if you want taxi hotel personnel can arrange in front of hotel. Parking could be issue if you have car. Rooms door Open/close with cracking sound which disturb you sleep.

Interior was nice, staff Selma and Shanasi both were nice and cooperative. Located near to famous restaurants.

WiFi was not the best, but not too bad either. It would drop out sometimes, so I'd have to use hot spot.

The location was good. People are trying to do everything they can do and try to make you happy. Cleaning and breakfast were perfect. Everybody is smiling and makes you feel safe and home. If I need to stay in Old Town, I will be there again.
