Staff was excellent! Dogukan was very helpful and his English was great. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. Very clean and well located.

Issues with wifi registration (system didn't work) but a young lady and gentleman in reception sorted out the problem manually.

Very nice Turkish style breakfast with expected quality and variety. Spa access was included to the room price. Thank you for that. Very good parking opportunity in a parking hall. Even though staff had problems to speak English (what I would expect in this level place), they were very friendly and trying hard. It would be 10 with better English skills, now 9,5 (only) :)

In the city centre, free parking. The hotel hold the only spa in the city. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel dont have free cancellation. I made full payment to make reservation. But they said I didn’t receive the payment and made me pay again. I showed them the confirmation from booking.com but they insisted me to make the payment. I made many phonecalls and wasted a lot of time to solve the problem. They spoiled my vacation. I was ashamed next to my girlfriend while I was trying to explain the situation at the reception. The worst reception stuff I have ever seen. I asked them 3 times just to call a taxi for me.

The perfect choice for visiting Kars! Right in the city center, amazing and very welcoming staff, anytime available for any customer s needs. nice restaurant where you can enjoy delicious local dishes assisted by wonderful staff. absolutely top level breakfast!

Room was very spacious, comfortable and tidy. Breakfast selection is rich, full of local traditional food and very delicious. Hotel is close to many historical destinations and old city. Staff is very friendly and ready to go every extra mile to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Guided tour to Ani and around the city is available on request.

Very kind and helpful staff, one of the ladies at the desk helped me to organise a daily tour to the ruins of Ani with a taxi driver. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and I could relax at the end of the day in the indoor pool.

As a runner, the hotel is located right across from the local track - great benefit! Close to shops and some of the sights of the city. Hotel able to provide taxi driver to go to Ani.

Mostly the staff at the reception is not prepared at all! The check in takes to much! And one of the bad things is that it is not conveniet to pay cash in Euro/USD because thet charge you, a things which has nevered happen nowhere in Turkey!!!

There was ongoing refurbishment works in the hotel during our stay, entry / exit to our bedroom was dangerous block on occasions, the corridor was littered with building material. Our bedroom was not cleaned for a number of days and the response from the hotel was disappointing. The bedroom curtain pole broke, resulting in the bedroom been exposed to the outside, again there was no response from the hotel to this issue until we insisted to be moved to another room
