I have been there alone for 4 nights, honestly i liked the hotel the room is clean, large double bed and comfortable, sheets are clean, bathroom is also large and clean except it take a while for hot water. breakfast is good/average, same every morning but fresh. The location is amazing, accessible' markets and the beach is about 3mins walking, Most importantly they have and excellent staff, nice, communicative and helpful especially Mustafa and his wife and Muhammed. defiantly recommended.

I would of loved a continental breakfast

The hotel communicated constantly ensuring I arrived safely . I had a small issue with my room but they resolved it promptly. The facilities were very good ,cold and hot drinks were available every day free of charge, all the staff were super friendly. I met the managers daughter and her husband they were lovely made me feel welcome, and relaxed considering they are Turkish their English was perfect.

I accidently left my dental mouthguard in the room and when i returned to pick it up the next day i was told that all forgotten items are thrown away immdiately.

Very few parking options nearby (that is understandable due to the crowded area of the city)

An amazing stay at Hotel ! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view from the terrace is incredible. The restaurant offers fine food, and the spa is great to. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Location is the biggest upside to this hotel, walking distance to the Marina, Old town and the Mall. Breakfast is pretty decent, we thought. Staff are all very welcoming.

We liked everything; if I have to think about few improvements I would say: -Toilets have a strong smell of sewage, I think it might be the building so nothing really can be done, we simply closed the door so the room wasn’t gonna smell. -Bed was perfect but pillows were uncomfortable.

When we arrived we were welcome from a very kind blonde lady. She was super available and nice. The position it’s perfect and our room was good. We really appreciated the slippers given from the hotel and the big balcony. The bed was clean and the room tidy with the necessary inside. Tea/coffee and water were available 24/7 and the hotel was really calm and we slept great at night.Great choice for a short stay! 😄😁😁

Spa was not up to mark. I have taken the premium family package for myself and wife but I my experience isn't great. You're better off booking session elsewhere, you will get for cheap and good service.

The room that i got had a few issues in it, such as the shower door, the Sofa etc. Otherwise the hotel was quite alright

I liked that it was really close to the central and that it was close to the habor and the old Bazar as well.

It was cold enough in the room, but the problem was solved with the help of an air conditioner. I had to wait for 5-8 minutes for hot water in the bathroom. One room card for 2 guests.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. Nice room, beds. Clear. English/Russian is spoken at the reception. You can find a lot of delicious things at breakfast, the assortment is large.

Room was cold and blankets are too thin for winter. You can hear noise from the street even when the windows are closed. To take shower you have to wait till water gets hot .

Staff members were so kind , always helping if you need any assistance. Hotel staff speak fluent English, easy to communicate. Great location, which you will find everything near by , walking distance for all the landmarks. Rooms are clean and well organized. Breakfast was also good , will be great if they will add more items . 20/25 minutes to Airport All overall good. Thank you
