Our floor boards were broken in the room, and the AC did not work. But the hotel is the best value for the money.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating according to need. Reception staff parked my car and moved it around. Cleaning ladies are very nice, and the staff in the kitchen were helpful. Cleaning was done every day.

The location is lovely, although it involves a bit of walking down/uphill, which I personally don't consider inconvenient at all.

The hotel's location was exceptional, situated conveniently close to a plethora of attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even offering to upgrade the room to a suite at a fair price which we accepted. Despite a miscommunication on our part regarding breakfast inclusion, they graciously added it to our stay at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated.

Perfect location for walking to historic area. It’s almost impossible to park on the street in front of the hotel. But there’s kapalı otopark very closed to the hotel, I think it’s very good option.

The very small and impractical bathroom in room 304. Difficult to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and very small sink which was not practical to use without hitting your head on the overhead mirror and shelf.

On the downside, the three-bed room was small, and the breakfast didn't live up to expectations. Additionally, the elevator was inconvenient.

The hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient. Situated in the heart of Bursa, it offered easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. One of the standout features was the availability of free parking, which was greatly appreciated as a traveler who arrived by car. The hotel staff was exceptional; they had a good command of English, and their willingness to store our luggage after check-out allowed us to explore the city without any hindrance. Lastly, the lobby's comfort and the 24-hour reception desk's availability were additional perks that contributed to a pleasant stay.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarettes. The corridor is dark, so it's better to keep the lights on all the time.

Last morning kitty poop by our door (it seems that the beautiful cat patrolling in front of the hotel is not doing well...)
