There's nothing that I didn't like.

Grand Nergiz Otel is close to Shopping area, restaurants and public services.this hotel is modern with all amenities.. I liked the breakfast, there are different options.. room is super clean, everyday room service perfect..air conditioning working perfectly.. washroom is modern..clean with enough toiletries for use.. overall this hotel deserves all Star

Location is great, next to one of the best malls in Antalya. Very close to Tram station. Although close to a crowded area. The hotel is in a relatively quiet corner.

Mr Tuncer Gündüz changed the course of our stay in Antalya. After the heartless travel agent (on the day of our trip) informed us that our Pamukkale booking encountered a system error and unknowingly didn’t go ahead, he was quick to arrange a last minute private tour. You went well above your call of duty as the hotel manager and no thank you is enough for what you’ve done. In my faith, I believe you’re the angel sent by God to save the day so we didn’t have to waste our time and money coming to Antalya.

Bright light from fan control panel on wall cannot be dimmed at night. Only one thin bedcover by default.

Clean, modern, well located in city centre near bus stops, tram, shopping mall with food court. Surprisingly quiet given busy road nearby. Great breakfast, WiFi, AC, bathroom.

Major minus - there is only tropic shower in bathroom, you cant easily take a shower without washing your head. Minor minuses: not enough shelves\hooks in bathroom; personally, not very good breakfast (sometimes); also only paper cups in the room.

Great location, near tramway station; easy checkin/checkout. Personnel are good and friendly. Hotel is pretty new (from google streetmaps - there is no hotel in 2020 :) )

Sea view room is not really a sea view with existing buildings around.

Good and spacious room with balcony, with good facilities like Mini bar, fresh water, and toiletries. The staff is super friendly, helpful and speaks English. Breakfast buffet with many options for Vegetarians as well. Good location of the Hotel with an easy access to busses and Tram allowing to get to both famous beaches in Antalya. Easy Walk to Old Town with many restaurants and shops on the way.

A 3 star hotel that should be classified as 4 stars (minimum) as it's luxuriously designed from the entrance, lobby, lift, and every single detail in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious! It's in a perfect location, and you can find many grocery shops, souvenir shops, and even a mall (MarkAntalya) within 500 metres. Mr Tunjar was extremely cooperative and ensured that our stay and holidays were most memorable. He even arranged day tours and airport transfer at extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Everything , especially the staff receptionists are so helpful and welcoming . The gentleman responsible of the breakfast area is so nice and ready to prepare fresh omelette or fresh fried eggs on daily basis upon request. Technical service and housekeeping ladies are so nice especially Yiliz.

The location of the hotel is great, 2 mins from the shopping mall, 5 mins from the tram stop Muratpasa (line T1 from the Airport). The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day (there is a button in the room you can press if you want a cleaning). Our 3-bed room has got a small fridge, kettle, aircon, private bathroom with rain shower (take your own shower cap if you need it). The breakfast was great! Everyday they offered hot soup, hot meals like boiled eggs, fried meat, fried potatos, cold meat, bread, cereal, turkish cay, instant coffee, yogurt, cheese, vegetables (tomatoes, olives, cucumbers), fruits (peaches, apples, bananas, plums, watermelons, etc).

Nothing really

The property was central in Old Town. Close the bus top and the mall MarkAntalya is just 300 metres away. The hotel was very clean and the room was spotless even though but small. The breakfast was great and the staff was nice and friendly. Value for money too. It is a 4 start but was cleaner that some of the 4 stars I have stayed in. I loved the hotel and I highly recommend if you want to stay at a clean place but don’t want to break your bank account

Bathroom smelled really badly several times, looks like a drainage problem. Cleaning was not very thorough. When you turn on a Clean or DnD sign, it's put off once someone has entered and exited the room - that is, if they bring water, the sign turns off.

Decent location close to downtown, about 25 minute stroll to the sea, relatively quiet. Decent Turkish breakfast. Agreed to check me in earlier (thank you!). Pleasant decor.

Room I was in had a broken display light. So I had staff knocking on my door 2-3 times a day to check if needed room cleaned (but all very friendly). 3 star facilities so as you might expect there is no spa, pool, and as far as know the restaurant was only open for breakfast (if it had these extra facilities I would say the hotel would maybe nudge into very high 3 or low 4 star class). Overall excellent stay and good value for money

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location in main city centre (approx 15 min walk to old town, old Bazaar and other main tourist areas). Large luxury shopping center just across the road. New hotel so very modern. AC was a life saver in hot weather.
