for 1 night stay with my wife and 2 children, booking.com recomended me to get 2 double room. I paid for 2 rooms but 1 room in first floor and 2 room in secound floor. how we can sleep in 2 seperetley rooms in different floor? finally we stay in 1 room and we didnt use another room. And no hot water in bathroom.

We stayed for 3 nights, they cleaned once, and they never took the trash out… ever reception area is like a club, half the lights flicker non stop.

Small aspects around cleanliness could have been better.

It was closely located to the airport. A 15 minute drive. Breakfast was alright. The bed was comfy to sleep on and generally it was alright as they took a last minute booking.

I try not to list negatives that are beyond the control of the hotel. There were some issues that they should have really addressed. These include - weak shower jet - leaking toilet - not all the lights work - poor soundproofing. I could hear everything from the neighbors and people in the corridor. I could also hear the planes overhead. - patchy internet - no hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom

- pleasant staff - located near some good restaurants, supermarket and the airport.

The hotel was still new, so even there phones were not set up. If we had room issue, we had to go all the way down to reception. Receptions staff were not rude, more on dismissive side. The rooms are not well built. Has wierd shape and furniture. You could really walk around.

The breakfast was ok and the cleanliness was good.

It is an unfinished building. Noisy work ongoing. Poor Wifi. No shower screen or curtain in bathroom. Concrete pillar in middle of room. No parking. Maybe it will be better when it's finished.

Bed not so comfortable and pretty old, room walls have definitely seen better days, bathroom could do with a refurb, soundproofing is a joke (I was able to hear every shower the neighbours took, every chat like they were next to me and every time someone had intercourse, so not much sleep in the night); NO WIFI as advertised (been given a network name & password but that didn't work, not even downstairs at the reception!) so I ended up buying a turkish sim card as the roaming charges are huge for internet.

The window wouldn't close, the air con made rattling noises, there were no slippers and there was a massive piler in the room. The lights were not fitted well and they kept turning. There was an electrical cut in the night. The breakfast is not a buffet style like they say, they bring it to you... but to be fair it was nice.

The location is good very near to the Airport, near restaurants and Supermarkets. The staff try to be helpful but it doesn't feel like they have the facilities. I asked the reception guy for some slippers because it was raining allot and I didn't want to mess up the room floor.

It was awful I wish I could up load photos of the pool area it was like a bomb site pool was covered in boards with all other materials piled on top no loungers the whole area was dusty and cluttered with buckets big pains of glass building material my bathroom had a pipe that had a continuse drip which would leave the bathroom tiles with a surface water which was so slippery, the fire escapes stair cases was cluttered with things it was quite unbelievable when you book budget hotel I expect it to reflect in the hotel you get so i wasn't expecting a 5 star bit I expected to have a pool area with loungers and to be dust free and uncluttered with building materials and buckets , when I tried to speak to the owner at first requesting a refund so i cud find a hotel with a pool and sitting area i think he was acting dull saying he didn't speak English and couldn't understand...which he later seemed to understand after sending an email to booking.com about wanting a refund so I could find another hotel he agreed and said I will receive a refund for 5 nights but wouldn't receive it back in my bank until 10-14 days..I'm just hoping he keeps his word to this and I receive it without having to chase it up...there wasn't much I liked here I'm afraid..if the pool area wasn't such a bomb site and was open with sun loungers i could have lived with the slippery wet bathroom even with cold showers

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in, I don't recommend it. We only stayed one night and it was just awful - very dirty, noisy, smelled bad, the walls were peeling, no covers on the beds, the hot water hardly runs, the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the next room, the pool didn't work at all, and breakfast was just leftovers. I'm sorry to write such a review, but it's really not a good place.

Breakfast was poor. Cold boiled eggs and cold scrambled eggs which were not brought out again when finished. Salad and olives. Tea. No fruit or soft drinks. Eat once and never want again. Hot water was lukewarm and not very easy to get hot.
