The spa not working, the shower was very slippery and too many mixer dials to work out what it turn on and off, the pillows were too hard, the beds were not comfortable, we had another fold away bed for our 12 year old and it was very uncomfortable as well, the TV only has local channels and not all channels worked,, everyone staff member I asked about things to do in cesme not one member knew where to go as they all said they are new staff member. They need to swap around the food selection as it was almost the same food everyday, internet kept on dropping out, no entertainment it was really just a bed and breakfast kind of set up with a pool..did find some hair on a couple of occasions in the food. Over all this place has so much potential it just needs to work on some of the negatives and like any place there is always going to be some issues no matter where you go...would I go back, I guess I would but may want to try out some of the other hotels in the area...

Staff weren't as engaging in conversation. As one explained they were only there seasonally. The indoor pool area was dirty. Lots of hair on the floor even after visiting the following day. The 600 lira person for dinner is a waste of money. Not much variety and there's only so much 1 person can eat.

Outdoor pool was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

I didn’t like only two moments. First, a very deep side of the outdoor pool which is why it stayed empty and unused all the time, limiting a total capacity of the pool. Secondly, an entrance to the sea requires a special pair of shoes as it is not sandy and might hurt someone’s feet.

Our room was cleaned every day without even asking. Friendly personnel. Meal options were not great but delicious. Would I stay at this hotel again, Yes, absolutely.

The food was below average. Both at the breakfast buffet and at the dinner buffet, the variety was rather small and the quality was not for a 5 star hotel.

The room was large, the balcony was very big with great view. The hotel has nice facilities, the location is very good and the beach there is pretty. The personnel is very helpful as it is in most of the hotels in Turkey.

The central Airconditioning in my room was almost only on fan mode. A lot of small things were missing in the room like water, cups, toothbrush and hand towel. There were all provided upon request. The open Buffet was only open for 2,5 hours. You need to wake up at 7-8:00 in the morning (not really what I want to do on vacation) to get breakfast or else its too crowded. The variety and quality of food were better at dinner. If the prices were more reasonable in the future I would come back.

The beach is big enough. Due to several swimming-pools there was no crowding even in summer season. Music and disco at night gave it a party atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The inside garden area was amazing. I didn't have time to try the spa and all the facilities.

The place need some TLC . The showers need to be regrouted. The grout was black and moldy looking . The hallways carpets need a good wash ; too many stains . Elevator area going to the beach needs some painting and repair of walls and door frames . Entrance furniture is good but the back lobby is super outdated .

Loved the secluded location and loved the beach and the blue water . Dinners were pretty decent and staff at restaurants were superb

The room is little bite old for 5 stars hotel, the position of the hotel was so far of the center and other city. The spa massage was not as indicate medical, and the service so much commercial.

The hotel have nice private beach the view of the room is nice on the garden. The people working at the hotel was responsible and so great and helpful.

Rooms are outdated and it could do with some upgrades. Furniture is old. TV in the room didnt even have a HDMI input. Staff were not very attentive, they seemed to be really laid back and in no hurry at all to complete any task. There was no poolside service which I found strange for a 5-star resort. On our last day we had to wait until 8.15 for an omelette even though the restaurant opened at 7am. Location although it is on the beach, it isnt walking distance to anywhere, even the Cesme city centre is a 10minute drive away.

Good buffet breakfast and dinner, a good selection and range. Hotel was quite big and overall very clean. Free parking was provided very close to the entry. Not a big walk from reception to the rooms, or to the restaurant or pool. Very nice water slide and 2 good sized pools.

Non any of the crew speak English. Non any glasses to drink water in our room. When i asked from the Bar to use a bottle opener they asked 50 TL just to use. Thanks that one of the crew took the resposibility and opend my wine bottles for free. Was the bad memories from our stay

Few people speak in english, the "manager" of the restaurant didn’t spoke one word in english and just ignored us. The food is good but not worth the price especially in the morning. The room was supposed to be sea view but I was on the corner of the view so i could just see a side of it. If you are 1,80 m (5'11) cannot shower, the shower are for small people only. The air-conditioner was loud, old and malfunctioning.

Amazing Pool with slides; the baby club at night was nice and fun for my kid; the location was nice and the beach was private. The thermal pool was amazing and even the lounge and services of the hotel. Comfortable beds. The dessert where delicious and with a big choice.

Hotel was noisy rooms were not sound proof we were there in busy days ....the parking of car was crowded and not easy to park your car...hotel is a bit old

The room was clean, but balcony wasn't. When they came for cleaning, the staff came to room without shoes cover & made the bathroom dirty with his shoes.
