We were called multiple times by reception early in the morning in our room asking for feedback, which woke us up. Some of the staff members also tended to clear up plates and glasses too soon (ie while they were still actively being eaten/drank)

The location, the room, the facilities available. The value for money was fantastic, particularly the food and drink options available, the spa and the evening entertainment.

This was our first time doing an All-Inclusive Resort Holiday and we loved it. Everything from rooms to facilities to food to activities and comfort was spot on.

1. Kids pool a bit too cold (at least for our 2 year old) 2. Music in the evening a bit too loud 3. Lots of mosquitos, be sure to bring protection! 4. For small children - sea gets deep very fast (after ca. 2m)

This hotel has everything a family would need for a great and relaxing holiday. Food is excellent and available non-stop at different buffets...drinks and ice cream too. Pool area is big and a bit crowded, which we did not care for, as beach and sea are our choice. Beach bar offers drinks and food too around noon, there is a playground for children right next to it - excellent. Every evening entertainment for kids and then adults...great music and shows. Staff is wonderful, they work around the clock to make sure all flows well...respect! A bus drives you to the beach, goes every 5min (a walk of ca. 400m is nothing, but at heat and with children, it is sometimes more comfortable to take the bus). We had a lovely week here and would go back to this hotel. It exceeded our expectations!

Hotter water in the Turkish bath.

Good variety of food. Pity that the "all inclusive syndrom" meant that often people moved around chaotically, grabbing food and taking excessive amounts.

Cleanliness in bathroom could be better, needs a bit of sprucing up. Air conditioning was on warm and there was no option of putting it on cool during the day as it was really hot. Had to upgrade room to larger on just to have a more comfortable stay. Staff were not very personable, could be more helpful.

All I all we had a good staff, unlimited food and drinks. Having a 24 hour restaurant and bar was great, although food selection was very limited during the night. However this is understandable. Location of the hotel was great. Really great having access to the beach especially on days when you need some tranquil time. Again have food and limitless drink at your convenience was great. I would revisit again.

The food wasn’t great and there weren’t many places nearby to have alternative options.

Location to pool and beach was nice. The bus outside takes you to City centre. It takes about an hour. There were some shops either side to browse.

Reception staff not the pleasantest , called at 11 o’clock at night to go settle my tab when we were already asleep several of our group were the same. We had another 10 days of stay still to go 😡

The reception of the hotel was so unuseful. Everything was asked of them they gave you a price or they didn't have knowledge or didn't care to help you. The room service staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful people and I think it's wonderful to leave the hotel’s reception people to clean the rooms and the room service people to help the customers at reception.

The management was perfect and everything was organized.

The A/C in our room didn't work, the beach is located about a 6-7 minutes across the hotel and path to the beach is not the best.

Located close to shopping centres and just 25 minutes to Antalya Airport. The availability and selection of food and beverages throughout the day was very good.

Hotel rooms and entrance could do with an upgrade. Staff should make an effort to be friendly.

It was just ok. Abundance of food but nothing outstanding. The room was very standard for what you pay. Definitely needs an upgrade. The resort is well kept with lots of activities. The entrance hall could do with some sprucing up. The street to the beach looks very dodgy.
