toilet and room are a bit small. furneture is old. they did not provide blanket saying that its summer even i asked for it manytimes. friedge is not cooling enough same as AC is not cooling and they did not acxept to fix it.

Location , breakfast, family connecting room is in good design.

I ask pick up and I suppose to be by taxi but I surprised it’s by buss and I was alone no need for bus the driver was very polite but first person that I meet in the airport was very rude - and give orders like ( stay her - come her) and even don’t help with luggage I ask him to help because we will across the road to meet the driver of the bus that he will drop me to the hotel ( to pay 50€ for this experience I prefer to take bus from station and pay 30TL.

I can complain about the small size of the rooms and the low quality of the internet and Overcrowding in the elevator and bad smell in the bathroom and toilet. In general, it is a 4-star hotel that needs some repairs.

I have been staying here for more than 10 days as a solo traveler. The quality of breakfast, various dishes of the restaurant, the attitude of the staff and the location are excellent.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special and doesn't really change much. You have a slight issue if you are getting breakfast in the last hour of the allotted breakfast time, as all the food doesn't always necessarily get topped up. Will be hit or miss with some people. A big issue was the car park, the property doesn't have its own car park, your car will be dropped off a few minutes walk away in a back alley where there is make shift gravel car park full of cars (and it costs 10 euros per day), to get your car out would take 10 cars to be moved so don't expect to be able to use your car whilst you're their.

Location was great, it is in an area of Fatih called Laleli, which is 3 tram stops away from the blue mosque and other attractions. Also is extremely close to the metro station so easy to get to Taksim and other places. Room was extremely clean no issues there at all. A shout out to the staff helping us carry the bags.

On arrival the reception staff claimed I hadn't prepaid for my room several times, despite me showing a Booking.com receipt to staff. They eventually admitted I had paid and although it was an unwelcome issue to face on arrival, it was easily resolved. Staff also advised that they knew very little about the Metro and instead recommended a private taxi which was quoted at 100 euro instead, despite the obvious convenience of the Metro to our location. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.

Location is ideal, in close proximity to the Tram, the Metro and shops or restaurants. Also the restaurant on the top floor was superb with fantastic staff and is a must for a stay in this hotel.

It is a smoking hotel and if you dont smoke you may have to switch your room. I had to change 3 times, they do not where masks and it was very crowded the pool was not open fitness equipment very old. It was an old hotel. The picture doesn't tell complete story.

I liked the Sauna and rooftop restaurant. I also liked the location. It was close distance for all kinds of shopping even if you wanted 15 min walk to mall catch taxi back if you go overboard. The rooms are equivalent to a decent 2.5 to 3 star US hotel. I felt safe to explore alone staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Safety precautions were not enough, the stairs were slippery after whipping and I had bad accident that might be very dangerous. I was expecting better treatment from the hotel management
