Furkan was simply exceptional. He helped me book all my tours and I booked three different ones for each day that I was staying in Trabzon. He picked an excellent company for me and more than that, he dropped me off and picked me up from the location where the tour van was going to swing by. I would ask him for recommendations or help with seeing things, he went above and beyond in making my stay comfortable. Oh the place where he ordered the baklava, omgoodnesssss, it was soooooooo good. I am missing that baklava now that I'm back home in Kentucky, U.S.. This is definitely a newer property and the features in the room are top notch. It's about 15-20 minutes away from the city center which was an affordable cab ride. The atm machine was a two minute walk from the hotel which is super convenient. I ABSOLUTELY loved my stay and the views are quite serene. I wanted a peaceful and calm area to stay in and the ability to walk near the Black Sea. This was perfect for me because I could easily walk along the sea in the morning and there are a couple restaurant options near by. You do have to plan your dinner meal a little ahead of time if you plan to be on an all day tour because near the hotel, the places close relatively earlier than being in the city center. If you ask the staff to make sure you're able to get dinner ahead of time, they'd be more than happy to help you. Otherwise, going to the city center is always an option.

Should ask for housekeeping otherwise not done. So much noise and you should close the window otherwise highway crowds will disturb you.

The hotel is modern with spacious rooms. We stayed in suiteroom 404 which was one of the larger rooms with a lounge area and sea view. It was exceptionally comfortable.

Only one elevator ,,,in the breakfast there is no juice and no fruits ,, no cold water ,, no coffee ..when we want the iron they said use it out side your room and every time we need it they say that and we say ok we will use it inside our room then we will return it

Breakfast was the best on top with beautiful view of black sea, parking just front of the hotel gate. Good for people who just want to stay for a night in trabzon before they leave to Rize region next morning. Specially with tired kids from a long flight as its not very far from trabzon airport(18 mins approximate) and on your way to rize region

Some sewage smell in the rooms (we had room 402 and 405)… however the hotel took it seriously and sent someone to fix it upon calling. Breakfast has limited choices. We ate there only once. You need about 20 minutes in minimum to get to Trabzon area and the attractions in Trabzon Meydan area

Lama at the frontdesk is outstanding. She was very helpful all through our trip. She guided us re where to go and helped us in arranging transportation. There is multiple nearby stores including a grocery store next to the hotel, Turkcel store, electronics store, and many others. This was helpful especially upon arrival and needing a few items through our trip. Sea view is nice. Rooms are spacious. Overall I think the hotel’s best asset is his frontdesk staff Lama who speaks English, Arabic and Turkish and very humble and helpful
