This hotel is spotless clean all around its venueses. Our apartement had two bathrooms, 2 minibars, they refill them daily with water and juises. Rooms are spatious, which is not common in Istanbul. Breakfast is fresh. Right in the middle of historic area, we had a great stay! Staff was great, I would come back!

This quiet, comfortable and clean hotel is in a great location and is close to many historic sights in Istanbul. It's an easy 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet Square. But, if you're like us and enjoy exploring a city on foot, this is the perfect location. We appreciated the Turkish breakfast with a stunning view of the Blue Mosque. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Love everything

The hotel room is clean, the breakfast is simple and delicious with a great view of the Blue Mosque. The staff is very friendly especially Erhan who let us borrow his tram card for a trip on a rainy day. They staff is also very helpful in providing directions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location is very convenient and close to many delicious restaurants and the top tourist attractions. When we checked out they even presented us with some Turkish Delight as souvenirs.

This hotel has a superb location with super friendly staff. We were greeted by Halit and Ghani and the check-in counter. They proceeded to offer us free coffee and biscuits while we waited for our early check-in. The view of the Blue Mosque from the terrace was spectacular! Breakfast was also good. Nothing to complain about this hotel - they exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Halit for assisting us in our refund as we had to end our trip early due to an unforeseen circumstances.

Everything was perfect

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The location is very close to blue mosque, hagia sophia, restaurants and public transportation. The staff was really friendly and humble. They explained about hotel and suggested some awesome activities. However the best of this hotel is the terrace. It is located on 4th floor and it is showing directly the blue mosque. We were enjoying our view without any disruption.

Haci Bayram is a delightful little hotel which has the feeling of being brand new. Although rated 3 star it has a better feel than higher rated hotels I have stayed in. The location is excellent, right at the heart of Sultanahmet old city centre within meters of the Hippodrome and the Blue Mosque, in fact the Blue Mosque was the view from the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was buffet style, always very fresh and varied to suit all tastes. They even provide omelettes to order. My room was enormous with a very spacious balcony at the back. It was thoroughly cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. But what was absolutely superb were the staff - all of them. The people at the desk, on all three shifts were charming and really went above and beyond to help me. As a 70 year-old female solo traveller I felt totally comfortable, almost protected as if they had my corner. They were very helpful with recommendations and directions and even haggled with taxi drivers to get me the best price when I needed a cab. Absolutely superb hotel which I wholehearted recommend.

Just a minor thing. When we booked, booking.com would not let us book through connecting rooms for 4 people, it only would let us put in 3 people. I emailed the hotel directly to check the situation and say there was 4 of us. They said it was ok, so we booked and just entered 3 names. It turned out when we got there that we should have paid a bit more for 4 people than 3. This was pointed out to us in front of a lot of people which was a little embarrassing, especially as we were happy to pay the right amount for this great hotel. Once I had explained what had happened and that I had emailed to say there would be 4 of us, the hotel let us off the extra charge which was nice. My only comment would be that they could be a little more discrete with these sorts of discussions.

Location is amazing! 2 mins from Blue Mosque. Breakfast is really good with lots of variety and stunning view. Rooms are clean and good size. We had the family connecting room, so two rooms and two bathrooms. Perfect!

The location , rooms, cleaning, kitchen, breakfast, staff, and everything about this property is amazing. Definitely a must visit. All staff talha, haliat(talha brother - i forgot his name but most sweetest person) , yunus, erhan, sulaiman , selcuk(helper chef - always woke us up on time for suhoor) They all became family in 3-4 days stay and we had a wonderful experience.
