Rooms were very basic and pretty run down. Aircon struggled and it wasn’t that hot (max 30 deg C). Daily “service” involved changing over the bins and topping up the toilet paper. After six days the floors had not been swept or the bathroom wiped down. And the obsession with playing extremely loud Euro music from 9.30 am to 11 pm was bizarre and drove us to having to leave the resort to get away from the sound. There is no need for this and while amusing at times ended up being very frustrating when trying to get to sleep before 11 pm. No restaurants close by (20 minute walk) but not really needed with the buffet being included.

Fantastic location for us to watch our daughter play in the world beach volleyball championships. Great sunset views from the balcony and the all inclusive meals and beverages was a bonus. Enjoyed the pool area, water slide (although don’t know why it was only open for such a short time) and being so close to the beach. Staff were generally helpful.

No wifi in room. The main receptionist was not hospitable, she was cold and not smiling. The SPA was poor and not well maintained. But the whole place was a very good place to relax

When I booked, i book 3 basic rooms and one Family room with sea view. When we come there they told us there are 4 basic rooms. I wrote before we depart to the owner and he said ok. I told to reception these but they give 4 basic rooms. And the owner even answered to me. I show the conversation to the receptionist and she asked to owner but the same. In 5 days never changed the blankets. The toylet too old and dirty, even the staff clean dayly. No wifi at the rooms. Ok the price but with some little sacrifice at cleaning it will value

The bed. It was comfortable. The food not wery variety but fresh and tasty. The best thing the pool. And Eray,the animator. Nice guy and very helpful and polite.

No WiFi in the room, had to pay for standard items such as turkish coffee and tea outside the meals hours even though it was a full inclusive deal.

Staff very professional and kind. Especially the gym and spa! Thank you.

the hotel is globally solid. an older hotel that was probably renovated. climate catastrophe we had to make a mistake to cool down at least a little. they changed our rooms, but it's the same in all rooms. the food was not bad it was ok, but for the kids there was nothing special. the internet was good. the pools are good. the beach is solid, it is quite dirty, it needs a little more cleaning. The staff is really very good all praise for them. for this hotel let 6.

The location was really bad, Dirty room and bathroom, old everything .. sauna was Close, internet connection Bad, we reserved 2 nights ( payment before) and we was sitting only one night and after breakfast we was gone !! 🆘

The beach was nice 👍 and the view from the room!

the list is long… the room was small, very small and basic. air-con from the 1980s? oh and don’t expect any tv in any other language other than Turkish! don’t forget no Wi-Fi in the rooms too! the bathroom was next level, from I would say the 40’s rust marks, limescale, mould and a shower (that we didn’t use) that had ‘I have no pressure’ written all over it! at breakfast, which again was basic, no signs at all telling you what things were, pretty much all Turkish food I guess? the feral cats running around the property were interested in our breakfast. one kitten jumped on my lap to get to my food. we witnessed them jumping on tables inside and clearing plates! oh and let’s not forget the broken and dirty high tables and the carpet glued to the dining tables to stop the table cloths from fall off. After a horrendous night, where the poolside entertainment kept us up until 11:30ish, we discovered that the party continued from 10am around the pool, where blaring techno music was playing! We were travelling with a 7 month year old baby, safe to say nothing about this hotel was conducive to her! Interestingly when inquiring about Wi-Fi in our rooms, the lady at reception said, ‘you can leave if you like, but go through booking.com, because the manager will not help you’, this was on the night we arrived! I would honestly say this hotel needs to be inspected again. who knows when they were given 4 stars, because honestly I would say this place was more of a 2 star on a good day! the photographs are so misleading, taken with I know think a wide angle lense to give the impression it’s much bigger! it does have three pools. it has one divided into two, children’s pool and everyone else pool, this is small when compared to the photos and apparently not hygienic. reviews of sickness after entering put pay to any ideas of swimming we had! given we were there for roughly 18hrs total! I think this review highlights how bad, this place is!

there is not a lot to say about what we liked about the property. the lobby I guess gives an impression of some kind of resort, but it’s also the only place to get Wi-Fi!

We've looked forward for Hotel's Hamam but, it was out of service during our stay.

Staff wear so nice and helpful. They have tried them best to organise small Birthday party for my 10 years old son. We were be able to asked housekeeping team to clean up hour rooms any time.
