My only issue was not having access to any kitchen facilities. I wasn’t able to make / heat up any food for my 20 month old son but we managed with the kettle in the room.

Hann Otel has a great location in the center of town with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. The sea view was amazing especially with the large bay windows. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful especially Abdullah at reception who guided us on places to visit in Trabzon. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would return again.

There are some few steps by the entrance where one has to lift luggage, but the receptionist will happily help you out. Some additional attention to detail would also be required, A/C might need maintainance/ cleaning as it gave some odour of dust or smoke ( perhaps by previous tenants) but the rooms and common areas were super fine otherwise. Didn't try their breakfast but they rooms have nice fridges and coffee cooker, free bottled water was offered as well.

Very practical location, not far from the seafront, close to airport ( 10 mins drive) and the central busstation (15 mins walk), with minibuses stopping outside that bring you to the downtown square - Ata meydan- and to Trabzon Forum. The rooms are spacious and clean, mine offered stunning views of the Black Sea ( for some extra cost) and plenty of light. I had read some reports from people complaining, that did not at all correspond to my impressions. The hotel lies by a roundabout and is easy to find (very little noise when windows are closed), plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and the reception is not grandiose but very inviting. The personel is smiling & kind and went out of their way to facilitate my requests.

Thanks to the staff for helping and answering questions. Kindly placed in the room, helped to orient, escorted to the bus stop. The hotel is located on a busy street with many cafes and restaurants around. To the shopping center Forum 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a minibus stop around the corner, where you can go to the city center. To the bus station 20-25 minutes on foot. Taxis are down the street. The room is as expected. There is everything you need, air conditioning, shower, clean towels, clean linen, TV. The room was clean.

As I have been informed, Internet access is sometimes blocked all over Turkey, some sites are blocked altogether, which is very bad

The stay was very good, location is good and near to airport , also there are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel, the resection guys Ali and Karam are so helpful, Ali teach us how to go to trabzon meydan by bus with only 7TL , and Karam request for us a taxi to go back to the airport.

Great hotel with amazing view , best location close to the largest mall and close to the city center by bus , the guys there are really helpful and respectful.

Breakfast was served from 9 to 11, which was so late that I just managed on one day to eat half of it before I had to run. It was not great anyway. Staff did not speak any English, in spite of what was indicated on the website. We had to communicate by translation app. When I had a simple request (more wire hangers) the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Walls were so thin I could clearly hear the people in the adjacent room.

Location was good, close to university and airport. I stayed in the queen suite from which I had a great view. Beds were fine and I liked the big table.
