Very relaxed, open to a very late arrival and had prepared a snack for us. Very pleasant staff. It's quite a series of buildings so the condition of my room may not be reflected elsewhere. Mine was clean, large enough, but possibly a little worn.

Location is a 5 minute walk to calis beach and the main part of calis or fethiye, the hotel has a great pool area, bar and restaurant. Staff are vert nice and friendly Very good breakfast and great value for money

We always expect the cost of drinks at hotels to be higher than the local bars, however we felt the prices were too high at the pool bar. The decor was a bit tired but it's good value so we would expect basic accommodation.

We booked bed and breakfast. There was plenty of choice. The staff were lovely. Very helpful and always cheerful and made sure we all had a wonderful holiday. Sule arranged a wonderful Anniversary meal for my husband and I and our friends - really went over and above and ensured we had a great table at mountain side restaurant at Babdag. The location of the hotel was great. It was in a quiet residential area, yet a short walk from several bars and restaurants.

You get the feeling it's all about them saving a $$. For example we have to pay for AC which I knew prior though the venue itself doesn't put AC or fans on in the reception/breakfast area. Also the cleaning lady would turn our AC off and on low in the room when they come to clean! During the summer it's hot!! We were told if we use the fridge they'd charge us. The baby pool was dirty, not cleaned often as it wasn't used as much I guess. Rooms should be vacuumed regularly (move the furniture) upon packing up for checkout we noticed the dust and random crumbs under furniture. I suprised my husband with a birthday cake for his birthday - unfortunately there was small hairs in the cake (I was charged for it). Though the above didn't ruin our trip at all. The positives out way all this. We simply used the adult pool went to the beach. Rest of the room was clean (bedding, bathroom etc.). Cake was cheap...

The facilities in general were great for a family trip. Yessine was super polite. Parking available on site. Breakfast was satisfying. Thank you to the lady who took our omelette orders everyday!

Paying extra for the air con and the safe. Bar had lots of choices unavailable and bar staff need basic training in drink serving as they lacked some basic knowledge however are very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is well located close to the main tourist area without being too close. The rooms were basic but what was needed for a place to sleep however could do with a little update to the curtains which are starting to fall down and bathrooms which are dark and looking tired. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

Great staff freindly aways happy to help, drinks were cheep and so was the food and always lovely to eat, grate location aswell 10 minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants and the beach, good wee pool to chill out during the day 😀

I heard that the Harmen are not taking bookings for next year which is a real shame because I would have booked to stay here for my next holiday to Turkey I plan for 2023.

I received a very warm reception all the staff including the manager were kind, friendly and extremely helpful....it was my first visit to Turkey and it will not be my last. There was a good variety of food to choose from for breakfast and the bar food offered throughout the day and evening was always fresh and tasty 😋 I loved my stay here and met some beautiful people staff and other guest x thank you Harmen ❤️

Bath panel hanging off shower above bath to high to climb in. Rooms small and dated. Gronds were not sprayed for misquotes only on the day we left badly bitten. Little storage space
