United KingdomHot in the lifts, but then found a button to operate the aircon !! As above 99% of staff are great, problem with reception (1 staff member only) after speaking with the Manager, who was also great and professional, told me the reasons and he had solution's in place. Music in bar area a bit to loud at times but just ask and they will turn down. I am not a kill joy BTW.
I really do not understand all the poor and somewhat unfair ratings. 4* by Turkish ratings but defiantly a 3*plus. I went expecting the worst after reading some of the reviews, and I am a well seasoned traveller that has stayed in Luxury 5* resorts down to private rooms in a shared house. Location could not be better, just a few yards from the promenade which can be lively and away from the busy main road so very little road noise even if you had a city view room, which we did. It is about a 10 or 15min stroll to the town and harbour. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and because of the shape of the hotel rooms are naturally different and not the standard shoe box. Yes in places the hotel is slightly dated but not really tired. Both rooms were perfectly clean and well equipped. No mini bar but the fridge is there for your own drinks, bonus!. Not mentioned on the description but all room have a good electric kettle. The hotel follows the eco rules with towels air con etc. As mentioned by others the breakfast was repetitive but it is in all hotels, however there was enough selection of hot and cold food to suite all nations plus there is a chef making omelettes to order with a selection of fillings. The pool area was full but not crowded, comfy beds clean towels and plenty of parasols to go round. The bar is outdoors as is the dining areas. There was lots of outside space for the afternoon drinks and evening entertainment. 99% of the staff were great especially Aimet, helpful, funny, good at his job and he took time out to have a conversation, not just "Good Morning" All in all, if you are expecting a full blown 4* experience you may be slightly disappointed, however I can honestly say that all in all, if you accept the above then it it fine. Would I stay here again. Yes.

United KingdomFemale daytime receptionist had no customer service skills, very surly. Spent most of her time outside smoking and very disgruntled in you asked her to come in to deal with your enquiry! Breakfast - some items very poor quality. Coffee in machine was aweful. They ran out cups and glasses frequently. Room not cleaned properly. Sink and toilet not cleaned when cleaner did come in. Bed sheets not changed during while time we were there (13 nights) only cleaning they did was empty bins and wash the floor. You are given a heavy cotton bed cover, which is too small for the bed and is very rough. I asked for a normal top sheet but was told by housekeeper that they do not have! Noise from nearby bars was very loud but did quieten down after 1am. Maintenance in rooms needs attention. Sliding shower door along bath fell off onto me whilst I was in the bath! it has come off its runners Maintenance came to fix it but it still kept happening, so I didn't use bath again, just overhead shower. No hand held shower just the overhead fixed head. Water pressure was ok. They kept running out of clean towels,, obviously waiting for them to be cleaned each day, as on asking for them they would be delivered to your room still warm from dryer late in afternoon or evening. Pool had very loud music playing all day, on a repeat loop. Not very relaxing so did not stay by pool.
Location was very good. Very close to the beach less than 50 metres. Also in middle of the promenade and walkable distance to marina. The beds were good quality, very firm mattress. We had a Superior room so it was a good size. Nice pool with walk in steps as well as ladder. Nice outside area to eat meals. Free Wifi in rooms ok most of the time.

Nothing everything was bad, the bed is only for 1 person, the towel was dirty with defacting and make up even the new towels that we ordered was very dirty. The quilt was like towel and dirtty, bed sheet was all hair. AC was small and even not cold at all. The receptionest was rude and even they dont give 2 room card, once you remove the card in the room the ac will close and you have to wait for hours to keep the room cool

United StatesThe staff were rude with the exception of the cleaning lady and the receptionist who worked the 3pm to 12pm shift. The food was not good at all. My AC did not work the first day and maintenance came he said that’s how it was. Went downstairs spoke to rude woman at reception who works the mornings she gave me an electric card still didn’t work. Thank GOD for the other girl and another maintenance worker they fixed the issue. No one speaks English well so be prepared to google translate. Just not inviting at all. The room was ok but there is a lot of noise from the people downstairs. Hotel is old and outdated looks tired. The beach was gross but other people were there. Water murky at best. Good thing is that it was centrally located to the ports and shopping

Australia1. Arrival was in a small dead-end lane way. Smelt like the sewerage. No one was there to help with bringing in luggage, so we had to manually carry the suitcases up to the reception 2. Reception also smelt like the sewerage, with crappy lights and dirty carpets. 3. The rooms looked nothing like the photos... so so so small - it was the size of a small cruise cabin. And the beds are tiny double beds that a 190cm person's feet stick out of. 4. The elevator was so small, couldn't fit our 4 suitcases, so had to go up and down twice. 5. Balcony door on the first floor didn't have a lock 6. Had to pay for the safe 7. Only 1 room key is issued. If a second one is needed, I have to pay 10 POUNDS extra (yes, you read right) 8. Room key connects electricity so have to takeb with is when leaving the room, which turns off fridge and air-conditioning. So if you have medication the you need to keep in the fridge (like insulin) - good luck! So in summer, you'll have to fork out the extra fee for another key so you can keep the electricity on, or walk into a steam room by the time you're back + discard your meds. 9. Aside from 1 staff member, the others were grumpy or hostile. Even the "good" staff memento was snappy, but mostly because he felt helpless about our requests and at the establishment's management. 10. We got told off for sitting in the shady outdoor area during breakfast, because it was apparently meant to be seating for the bar only - nothing indicating that we can't sit there and it was only 2 meters distance between "breakfast chairs" and "bar chairs" ... 11. Breakfast's food was way below average 12. Coffee was undrinkable out of the machine 13. NO PARKING! Anywhere... we had to walk 1km to park the car in the back streets. 14.
