Bathroom was slightly unfinished in our otherwise large and generally well presented room. Not enough coat hangers provided in generous wardrobe. Also no towel rails in the bathroom.

Elif who was looking after us at the property was excellent despite our communication difficulties. She was kind, courteous and very attentive. She made a great breakfast and was always at the property if we needed anything. Thank goodness for Google translate.

As a privately owned hotel, they dont provide many services. However, as a recommendation, I would for example change the breakfast every now and then, just to provide more diversity. And could also provide transportation ( ie golf car, or bikes, or scooters) to nearby beaches or town centre

There was still one tiny problem - every morning at 5 am the roosters were crowing and this sound has been waking me up every time. Even with the windows closed, I could still hear it, so for light sleepers, I'd advise to prepare for it

The location was excellent, we were very happy to get out on our balcony in the morning and look at the sea. The breakfast was very good and the stuff was very helpful and polite :) we will def stay again!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The view from the place is amazing. The rooms are clean and have nice views. The pool and breakfast were great.

Only two things I could say, green stains (lime buildup) on the flush of the toilet and performance of minibars (in room 202).

The location of the hotel was perfectly isolated from the crowd of Kas with perfectly located breezing hill of the peninsula. Hotel staffs was very friendly and helpful. Especially Abdurrahman (Apo), Elif and Mrs. Belma. They were offered us lots of complimentary drinks and other things :) And respond quickly every single demand we had during our stay.

Room cleaning could be so much better. Door to the bathroom needs to be repaired. Very noisy and hard to open/close.

Our stay at Hill House was amazing. From start to finish we were taken care of by the kind staff. Rabia met us when we arrived and welcomed us to our room, which was very clean and had beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. The breakfast is a wonderful spread of traditional Turkish offerings. Apo was so good to us during breakfast and made sure everything was up to our expectations. When we told Rabia we had an early check out the next morning, she immediately offered us sandwiches to take for breakfast the next day. Again, they made sure that we are well taken care of. We could not ask for anything more. This was a very memorable stay and we look forward to returning.

The basic room is right next to the kitchen building so you cannot have the curtains open. The owner let us know when we arrived and gave us the option to pay for a nicer room. The location is beautiful and quiet but it’s not easy to get off the peninsula without a vehicle ($10 cab fare or an hourly shuttle). I would recommend renting a moped if possible (daily rental in town is less than cab fare).

Beautiful views of the peninsula and the ocean from the pool and the lobby. Lovely pool and delicious breakfasts. I wish we’d had more time in Kas just to have been able to enjoy a day at the beautiful hotel.

I really scanned my memory and found a minus : The only bad thing was wifi performance. Also cellular is not so good in the peninsula.

Incredibly good experience. Literally perfect; warm, friendly service and crew. I'm really glad to know the team. Rooms' views are remarkable. Mornings and sunsets... FANTASTIC. Facilities are good, rooms and entire hotel is pretty clean and comfortable. Location is a really good option for best swimming spots, relaxing environment and chilling. Car usage may be recommended for a better experience.

There's not much to complain about. There are no fancy amenities - like spa, fitness center, game areas, etc. - but these are hard to find in Kaş. The hotel is located on a hill by itself. It's a 1-hour walk to town, and there's not a whole lot nearby, so you'll need your own car.

As the name suggests, the hotel is located on top of a hill and offers magnificent views of Kaş, the Mediterranean Sea, and the nearby Greek island of Kastellorizo. The rooms are large with plenty of space, great views, and well lit. The A/C and heater work great - so the temperature is always what you want. The shower has great pressure and nice hot water. The internet is very fast. The staff is exceptionally friendly (but they struggle a little with non-Turkish languages). Each morning, you get a nicely prepared Turkish breakfast. The pool is gorgeous, but we didn't use it because the weather was a bit cool and windy when we visited.

everything was state of the art-ish

best experience in Southern Turkey so far, every inch of the place is absolutely fabulous: the dining area, the room, the balcony and the view. it literally feels like paradise on earth: very calming yet empowering, gorgeous in every detail starting with the room key and ending with the service you get from the staff. this is the place you immediately want to come back as soos as you turn onto the hotel driveway.

We liked everything in particular the kindness of the hosts Tuba and Elif. Many thanks to them for their dedication. The hotel is very quiet and clean in addition to offering a magnificent view on the sea. Enough space to park your car. The breakfast was copious and varied. We will come back :)
